Our guests will have complete enjoyment of the entire house and it's amenities.
For any enquiries, one of our Habita guest managers will aim to respond to you within an hour. We are available 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, with a 24h emergency line outside of these hours.
A fantastic quiet but central location from which you can easily enjoy all that Plymouth has to offer.
This superb house is in a fantastic location to enjoy all that Plymouth has to offer. Moments driving from City Centre.
*Check-in is between 4pm-10pm.
*Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels low, especially between 10pm and 8am.
*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.
We require completion of our reservation form which includes agreement to our T&Cs, provision of government issued photo ID and a card pre-authorisation of ÂŁ300 for potential damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs. We will not charge an amount from the ÂŁ300, unless upon checkout there is evidence of damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.
Please note - no parties, no smoking. Pets may be considered at an additional fee of ÂŁ10 per pet per night, please inform us in advance if you would like to bring a pet with you. (max. 2 pets)
