This lovely annexe boasts views over the rolling countryside near St Athan, a perfect base for a romantic break for two, or small family of up to three.. All on the Ground Floor:

Living area: (No TV), Sofa Bed (Single) (One Adult Only)

Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Washing Machine
Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Smart TV
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Enclosed back garden with patio, sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with owner). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. The Room Next Door offers a stylish retreat located close to Cardiff and all it has to offer. The open-plan kitchen/living and dining area is well equipped with all you may need to rustle up a homely meal, while a comfortable sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for one guest within the living area. The king size bedroom boasts a Smart TV, and sofa, alongside French doors that open directly onto the shared rear garden. Outside, guests can enjoy the grassed area, patio, and garden furniture for morning coffees, alfresco relaxation, or an evening glass of tipple under the stars. The modern shower room offers the convenience of a shower. With contemporary comforts and a welcoming atmosphere, this is an ideal base for couples or small families exploring South Wales.
