This spacious apartment boasts a total constructed area of 140m2, complemented by an expansive 75m2 private terrace. The well-designed layout includes four bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower cabin, bidet, and ample closet space. Two of the bedrooms are double bedroomsâone furnished with a double bed and the other with two singlesâwhile the fourth room offers a comfortable space with a medium-sized bed.
A second full bathroom with a shower cabin is conveniently shared among the occupants. In the living room, a sofa-bed provides additional sleeping space, and the fully equipped kitchen boasts all necessary appliances, as well as a complete set of plates, glasses, and utensils.
The living area is thoughtfully furnished with a sofa, dining table, small side table, TV, TV furniture, and tasteful decorations.
