It is located in a very central area of Salobreña beach, next to all services.
The apartment has one bedroom with 4 bunk beds, which can be adapted into a double bed or twin beds as needed. It also has a separate kitchen, a living room with a large sofa, and a 12 mÂČ terrace.
The space
This home is a comfortable and bright place, ideal for spending a few relaxing days by the sea. The living room features a spacious sofa, television and large windows that let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals during your stay. Bed linen and towels are included for your convenience. The bedroom offers 4 single beds, designed to provide a restful sleep. The main highlight is the large terrace with unique sea views, furnished with outdoor seating so you can relax and enjoy the fresh air at any time of the day. A perfect choice for families, couples or groups of friends looking for a cosy space to enjoy the beach and surroundings.

You can also take advantage of the communal areas of the complex, which include two swimming pools (open from June 15th to September 15th), landscaped green areas, tennis court, childrenâs playground with swings, and recreational spaces. We kindly ask you to always respect the community rules to ensure a pleasant and harmonious experience for you and other guests.

Important: In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain are required to register each guest and send the information to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, it will be necessary to complete a form with the visitorsâ details.
Security deposit:
A security deposit is required and will be charged before the start of the stay. This amount is automatically and fully refunded within 24 to 72 hours after departure, provided no damage or incidents have been detected in the property.
