Perfectly positioned between the charming village of Singleton and the bustling market town of Poulton-le-Fylde, it offers the ideal balance of rural and coastal charm. Guests can enjoy the serenity of the countryside while still being within easy reach of the Fylde Coast and its many attractions.
The cottage itself is surprisingly spacious, designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. A light-filled sunroom overlooks the private garden, which gently leads down to the pond, with the patio a private spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. With two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, the cottage is perfectly suited for couples, small families, or friends travelling together. Four-legged companions are warmly welcomed too. While the garden is not fully enclosed, the development features a secure, dedicated dog exercise area, ensuring pets have a safe space to run and play.
Guests are spoilt for choice when it comes to nearby activities. Blackpool, with its iconic Tower, Pleasure Beach, Sea Life Centre, and award-winning Zoo, is just 15 minutes away. For a more laid-back seaside experience, the golden sands of Cleveleys are a short drive, while stylish Lytham St Annes offers golf, boutique shopping, and annual events within 25 minutes. Those seeking relaxation will find Ribby Hall Spa close by, while walkers and cyclists can enjoy endless scenic trails through Singleton and beyond.
