Within 1.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3 a pub. Two well-behaved pets allowed, however please note that this is a non-smoking property. Town: The tiny village of Gwaenysgor sits on the side of a hill in the quiet North Wales countryside, within the Clwydian Hill Range Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is just a quarter of a mile to the top, from where a wonderful panoramic view over the countryside and coast can be enjoyed. The village itself has a very good pub and is ideally placed for joining the Offa's Dyke National Trail which lies within a few minutes walk. The sandy beaches at Prestatyn provide safe bathing, a variety of watersports and lovely walks, whilst four golf courses and a leisure centre are within easy reach.
