A comfortable MASTER BEDROOM with a built-in wardrobe for additional storage,
full-length mirrors, and bedside table access with air conditioning.
** A breezy SINGLE BEDROOM with natural light, and a built-in closet with extra bedding. There is also air conditioning in this room.
** An equipped UTILITY ROOM with a washing machine, ironing-board, and other essentials.
Yard space is shared. There is seating outside that allows for relaxing outside under the pergola.
Guest access
You may park on the premises or on the street alongside the apartments on either side. Very safe. Avoid parking in front of the orange and green fence.
