A spacious and modern 2 bedroom holiday chalet set in peaceful countryside, just 15 minutes from the coast. Ideal for families or groups of friends, this stunning retreat near Sidmouth offers all the essentials and more than enough space to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in comfort.

- Stunning rural retreat situated in a peaceful holiday park â the perfect base for exploring the Devon coast
- Spacious and bright open-plan living space with floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights for natural light
- Modern, fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking your own meals at home
- Dining table, 2 large sofas and Smart TV
- Sliding glass doors opening onto a terrace with picnic bench for alfresco dining
- Two spacious bedrooms: One king with garden access via large glass doors. One twin bedroom. Both with comfortable beds, crisp hotel linen, and ample storage
- Large family bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, sink, complimentary toiletries, and fluffy towels
- Free Wi-Fi available throughout the chalet

Guests have sole access to the chalet.
The Neighborhood:
Set in a quiet holiday park just outside Sidmouth, it's just a 15 minute walk to Weston Beach, a clean and safe beach where you can enjoy sunbathing and swimming in the summer months, and some lovely coastal walks. It's just a 10 minute drive in to Sidmouth, where you will find an array of shops, restaurants and. There is also Sidmouth town beach, where you can arrange a number of water sports and activities during summer. There is also a large Waitrose supermarket for your groceries.
Getting Around:
As mentioned, the nearest beach is just 15 minutes walk away. Sidmouth is a 10 minute drive away, or there is also a local bus that you can get from the nearby main road. Exeter airport is just a 25 minute drive away.
Other Things to Note:
This property accepts dogs for an additional fee of ÂŁ10 per night.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 4 people.
