The Pearl penthouse was built in 2023 in a contemporary style, offering you 160 m2 of living space, while the total area of ââthe property is 500 m2. It consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor there are bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small balcony. On the upper floor there is a kitchen, living room, 1 bathroom and a larger balcony. It is only 20 meters from the nearest sea, and offers accommodation for an optimal 6, and a maximum of 8 people.
It is fully air-conditioned and has 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds. There are also 3 bathrooms with walk-in showers. You can use the washing machine and iron. Two additional people can sleep on the sofa in the living room.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you will prepare meals for friends and family, and in the living room you will enjoy watching your favorite movies. The living room includes a sofa and TV, and right next to it is a dining room with seating and a dining table.
