Located just five minutesâ walk from the centre of Bath, this beautiful one-bedroom basement studio flat is an ideal base from which to explore the historic city.
This beautifully converted basement studio has been thoughtfully designed and furnished by local artists and an architect, creating a comfortable, colourful, and contemporary space ideal for a relaxing stay in Bath.
Located beneath a charming family house, the studio enjoys its own private entrance through the front garden, down ten steps on the left, with full-height French doors.
Inside, youâll find a luxurious super-king zip-and-link bed and a fold-out sofa bed, allowing the apartment to sleep up to three guests.
Please note: the main bed is always set up as a super-king; if you prefer it arranged as two single beds, this must be requested in advance.
The living area includes a TV and a selection of games and books, making it a cosy place to unwind after exploring the city.
A compact kitchenette provides the essentials for preparing light meals, including a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine, along with basic utensils and tableware.
Please note that there is no stove or oven, as this is not a full kitchen setup.
The modern bathroom features a walk in shower, loo, sink, and mirror.
There is underfloor heating throughout for added comfort.
Free WiFi is available through the flat.
