Decorated to taste and located in the Matosinhos area, 15 minutes from the centre of Porto, in an area surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarket, all types of access. The apartment has a garage space for one car available for our guests. It also has a lift.



Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, speed is also guaranteed for business trips. Cable TV also available.

Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city centre and surroundings, with various public transports nearby including metro and bus and of course the beach 3 minutes away.



The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room for two guests, which provides capacity to accommodate 4 people.



The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hairdryer, iron, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner.



Both bedding and towels are provided and sanitised by professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel.



Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first days.

Check-in in person from 3 PM to 2 AM. Please note that there is a late check-in fee from 8 PM of €30 paid upon arrival



All guests must provide their identification documents in a timely manner.



They are completely forbidden parties, or any type of noise or disturbance in the building or inside the accommodation. We have a zero tolerance policy for any type of noise complaints.
