- Easy access into the City entre and the Science Park with good transport links nearby.
- Perfect for pleasure or business with superfast wifi and a dedicated workspace.
Relax and enjoy this bright and spacious 2 bed apartment in a safe and quiet neighbourhood in North Cambridge. It has been furnished with well thought out pieces throughout to create a relaxing and comfortable stay here in Cambridge. A free undercover car park is available to guests and there is free on-street parking also, with easy access into the city centre.
An ideal location for business, family and leisure stays. Features a fully equipped kitchen and open plan living. Local shops and public transport are a short walk away, with direct access into the city centre and many of Cambridgeâs historical sites and colleges.
SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with an ensuite and a working desk.
2nd Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed.
Main bathroom with own bath and shower next to the 2nd Bedroom.
Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, with basic toiletries provided for your stay. Hanging space and draws are available for guests.
CHILLING:
Well appointed open plan living/dining area with a 50 inch Smart TV, and all your favourite Streaming channels available to watch. Own account required. There is also a dedicated working desk to work from home, and a fast wifi connection.
EATING:
The modern kitchen is generously sized, and fully equipped for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster and kettle with basic condiments provided. There is also a washing machine available for personal use.
PARKING:
A dedicated free undercover parking space belonging to the property is available for guests to use. There is also free on street parking in front of the property. This is a quiet street so generally no problem finding a parking space.
OUT AND ABOUT:
Located in North Cambridge inside the Orchard Park development and just off the A14 and Milton Road, there is direct access into the city centre with good transport links nearby. There is a local Tesco supermarket, restaurants and a café nearby in Unwin Square which is a short walk or drive away.
Local bus direct into the city centre, and it is a 5 minute drive to Cambridge North station or the Cambridge Science Park. A nearby kids playground is 3 minutes walk.
My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.
We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.
Other things to note
- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours
- Smoking in the property is strictly prohibited.
- Extra guests are not allowed.
- Superfast Wifi up to 50Mb
- Pets are not allowed
- Should we discover any areas of concern about the cleanliness of the property after you check out, you may incur an additional cleaning fee.
- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of ÂŁ50, or ÂŁ30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to property prior to your stay.
- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in entrance hall.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods, toilet rolls and a kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a nearby Tesco supermarket minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

You will sleep and stay knowing they guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. They also provide 24/7 guest support and a locally personalized service before and during your stay.
The locally based team of Pass the KeysÂź in Cambridge have personally inspected my home and certify it has met the Pass the KeysÂź Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
