Welcome to our newly renovated studio apartment in Voula! Located on the first floor of a quiet building, it offers a comfortable and modern stay for up to 3 guests.
The space
The studio features a cozy built-in double bed and a sofa bed for the third guest â perfect for couples, friends, or business travelers. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease, while the bright workspace and fast Wi-Fi make it ideal for remote work.
The bathroom includes a modern shower and all the essentials for a pleasant stay.
Situated in the beautiful area of Voula, the apartment provides a peaceful atmosphere with easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants, and public transportation.
Whether youâre visiting Athens for leisure or business, our studio combines comfort, style, and convenience in one of the most attractive neighborhoods of the southern suburbs.
Note: Lodging Tax / Environmental Fees are mandatory based on the Greek government legislation. These fees are charged per night as follows:
2 ⏠per night for the months of November 1st until March 31st
8 ⏠per night for the months of April 1st until October 31st.
