Located in a quiet residential area, just 3 km from the historic centre of Garda and the splendid shores of Lake Garda, the Sole Apartment is the perfect choice for a holiday focused on relaxation and convenience.
The apartment, finely furnished, is located on the second floor of a modern newly built residence, equipped with a communal swimming pool and a large, fully enclosed green area.
The Residence consists of 3 units, of which only 2 are rentable, and two parking spaces are available for Apartment Sole.
Living area
The entrance opens onto a corridor leading to the living area and kitchen.
The living room is elegantly furnished and equipped with a dining table for four people, a sofa and a satellite TV. Outside, on the lake-view terrace, there is also a table with 4 armchairs for outdoor dining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob and microwave oven, to ensure maximum comfort during the stay.
Bedrooms
The first bedroom has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, a satellite TV and access to the side garden through a French window.
The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, and offers direct access to the terrace with a lake view.
The apartment is completed by a spacious bathroom with a shower.
It is also equipped with underfloor heating and ceiling air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV and a washing machine.
