Located in the tranquil suburb of Gordonâs Bay, surrounded by mountains
and sea, you will find this charming two-bedroom house and one-bedroom
cottage that comfortably accommodates up to six guests.
Upon entering the main house on the property, you will be greeted by
the spacious, modernly designed, and fully equipped kitchen fitted with
everything you need to enjoy a comfortable self-catering stay,
including a dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine for your
convenience.
The home features two dining areas, both featuring a large wooden
dining table with seating for up to six, creating the perfect spot to
enjoy intimate meals with loved ones. Adjacent to the dining room, you
will find the thoughtfully furnished lounge featuring a cosy L-shaped
sofa, a TV cabinet housing a flatscreen television equipped with access
to streaming services such as Netflix, and a coffee table. Guests will
enjoy internet access throughout the property.
Large openings between the spaces of the home ensure that the home
connects seamlessly, creating the perfect place for entertaining and
family gatherings. The sitting room features a single armchair and a
large plush sofa with ample space for relaxing while enjoying a good
book in front of the fireplace, the perfect spot to have a quiet moment
for reading or conversation.
Outside, guests can enjoy the covered patio and braai area with
comfortable wicker seating and garden furniture that create the ideal
sitting area to enjoy the sunshine and each otherâs company while
taking in the beautiful scenery. The property also has a large private
swimming pool to enjoy during the warm summer days of the year.
The main bedroom features a double bed, with folding doors offering
access to the patio and pool. The bedroom also includes an ensuite
bathroom fitted with a corner bath, a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin
with vanity. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, and the
bathroom features a washbasin with vanity and bathroom cabinet, a
bathtub, and a toilet. Linen and towels are provided with your stay.
The cottage is completely separate from the main house, with no
interleading doors or shared interior access. Should the main security
gate be locked, there will be no entry to the main house from the
cottage.
The private cottage downstairs features a fully equipped kitchen with a
washing machine for added convenience. The space also features a round
glass dining table with plush seating for four.
The bedroom features a king-size bed with nightstands on either side,
ample wardrobe space, and a mounted flat-screen television for your
entertainment. The shared bathroom features a toilet, a washbasin with
vanity, and a shower. The shower is raised a little higher than usual â
please mind your step when getting in or out. Outside guests will have
their own private patio with an outdoor sitting area with a gas braai.
An outdoor staircase leads to the main house, where guests will have
access to the private outdoor swimming pool and other amenities.

This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the ownerâs/managementâs discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
