Accommodating up to six guests, the villa includes three queen bedrooms. Two are en suite, and the third sits beside a full bathroom, all featuring bathtubs for quiet moments of comfort. Each room feels distinct, yet together they create a harmonious, soothing atmosphere shaped by light and simplicity.

Please keep noise levels low between 10 PM and 8 AM out of respect for our neighbours.

5. Check-In & Check-Out
Kindly respect the scheduled check-in and check-out times to ensure a smooth handover.

6. Neighbour Awareness
Please remain considerate and respectful of those living nearby at all times.

7. Items Must Remain on Site
All furnishings and items are provided for your enjoyment during your stay. Please do not remove anything from the property.

8. No Additional Guests or Visitors
Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the premises.

9. Insects & Wildlife
This rental is set on Madeira Island, known for its lush nature and subtropical climate. Depending on the season and weather, occasional sightings of insects or small wildlife may occur. While regular pest control is in place, a completely insect-free environment cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued in such cases. Guests can help by closing doors, managing waste properly and storing food securely.

10. Tourist Tax
As part of local requirements, a tourist tax of €2 per person per night (up to 7 nights, for guests aged 13 and above) will be collected during check-in via the registration form. This contribution is forwarded directly to the municipality.
