Welcome to Lakeshore Reserve 15, a striking 2-bed cabin located on Lakeshore Reserve that offers modern, stylish living with framed views of the great outdoors.
Escape the everyday and reconnect with nature in this charming 2-bedroom holiday cabin, nestled in the heart of a protected nature reserve. Surrounded by meandering trails, and the soothing sounds of birdsong, this serene retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort and seclusion.
Ideal for couples, small families, or nature lovers.
Access information will be sent out the week before arrival. This information will include the access codes for the main gate to Silverlake Estate and for the key safe to the property.

1. Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.
2. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
3. Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
House Rules
1. All our properties are non-smoking.
2. Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
3. Please utilise the parking spaces provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.

Inside, the cabin features a cosy open-plan living area with large glass doors that flood the space with natural light and open out onto your back decking. A fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, and dining area create an inviting space to unwind after a day of outdoor Cotswold adventures.
The two thoughtfully furnished bedrooms, one king and one double, offer restful nights.
The king bedroom comes complete with an ensuite shower room.
There is also a family bathroom.
Step outside onto the back deck to enjoy morning coffee or sunset drinks while wildlife passes by. Swillbrook lake to the back of the cabin is a site of scientific impact and a protected area for the wildlife that calls it home. No access is available to this lake but access can be gained to Minety Lake, a short walk away from the cabin.
