Exteriors and swimming pool
La Fontaccia, surrounded by greenery, enjoys an extraordinary panorama of the surrounding countryside and a large garden of approximately 1 hectare in a landscape made up of a mosaic of olive groves, cypresses, meadows and plowed fields. In the highest part of the garden, in a panoramic position, you can access, via a stone staircase, the rectangular in-ground swimming pool measuring 14x7 with a depth of 1.40 metres. The paved solarium area develops around it, equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds. In the portion of the garden below the structure, there is a brick barbecue, a wood-burning oven and a porch equipped for alfresco dinners. Furthermore, guests can take walks within the entire property (approximately 30 hectares) where there is also an artificial lake. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. An entrance that is always open leads to the inside of the property with private parking.
Interior
La Fontaccia 10 (approximately 165 m2) has been recently renovated preserving details of Tuscan architecture such as stone walls and wooden beams. The farmhouse is equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning in the bedrooms and independent entrances to offer maximum comfort and autonomy to its guests.
The farmhouse is characterized by three double bedrooms on the ground floor and two double bedrooms on the first floor, each with TV, small fridge, kettle, private bathroom with shower. All rooms are characterized by an independent entrance and a private outdoor space equipped with a kitchenette (sink, two induction hobs), umbrella or awning, table and chairs. Below the level of the rooms there is a large porch equipped to accommodate the entire group, a kitchen (electric oven, 4 burner hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher) and, in a separate room, a laundry, with three washing machines, iron and ironing board.

Position
La Fontaccia is located at the foot of a small and characteristic village from the year 1000, among the hills, in the heart of the Maremma. From here you can enjoy a beautiful panorama, an ideal place for relaxing walks and to reconnect with nature. Excellent tranquility and privacy. The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen, pool towels (changed weekly), consumption of water, gas (but not heating), electricity (but not air conditioning or heat pumps), wi-fi internet connection, high chair and baby bed. Upon request, possibility of domestic help, cooking courses, chef and weddings.

Important Information
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. For larger groups it is possible to book La Fontaccia 23 or La Fontaccia 13, located in the same property at a distance of 20 meters. In the central body of the structure, with an independent entrance, there is the owners' home. Access to the property via 250 meters of unpaved road.
