Welcome to your home away from home in Edinburgh. This spacious and stylish 3-bedroom house is tucked away on Leamington Lane—a quiet residential street in the desirable Viewforth area. Just a short stroll from the buzz of Bruntsfield and the green expanse of The Meadows, it offers the perfect balance of city energy and peaceful retreat. The property is detached, giving you added privacy, and includes a free parking space—rare for such a central location.

The house is thoughtfully laid out to offer both comfort and convenience. It features a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area—perfect for home-cooked meals or relaxed breakfasts before heading out to explore. There are three inviting bedrooms, including a master with its own ensuite shower room. A spacious family bathroom is located off the ground floor hallway, while an additional modern shower room can be found upstairs.

The upper level also hosts a cosy living room, ideal for unwinding after a day in the city, along with the third bedroom and a small balcony just off the room—a peaceful spot to enjoy some fresh air.

Outside, the house features a pleasant open area—ideal for relaxing with a morning coffee or unwinding in the fresh air. Guests also benefit from one free private parking space, a rare convenience in central Edinburgh.
