The apartment, featuring free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms, offers spacious and well-furnished interiors. The living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed, Smart TV, and dining table with chairs. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, juicer, toaster, dishwasher, and American coffee machine. From the living room, you can access the covered porch with dining table for six and the private garden â ideal for outdoor meals with a pleasant view of the residenceâs pool and surrounding hills.
The sleeping area includes a spacious double bedroom with wardrobe and access to the rear garden, a second bedroom with a double bunk bed, and a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. The second, smaller bathroom includes a sink, toilet, and shower. A washing machine, ironing board, and iron are also available.
The apartment also includes a private garage for one car.
The shared swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th.
The apartment is conveniently located near the large shopping centre âIl Leone,â the Desenzano del Garda motorway, and the South Garda Karting track.
A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request for an extra cost of âŹ5 per night.
