modern and stylish one-bedroom apartment provides the perfect temporary
stay for holidaymakers or business travellers.
Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by the spacious
open-plan design of the space with an abundance of natural light
streaming in from the patio and large windows. The kitchen is fully
equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a comfortable
self-catering experience, including a front-loading washing machine for
added convenience.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the lounge features a comfy L-shaped couch, a
stylish coffee table, and a TV cabinet housing a mounted flatscreen
television equipped with access to streaming channels such as Netflix.
Guests will enjoy Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Sliding doors
open to the patio with an outdoor garden set with seating for two.
The bedroom includes plenty of wardrobe space, a comfortable queen-size
bed with nightstands on either side, and a hanging mirror vanity, while
the bathroom includes a shower, a bathroom cabinet with a washbasin,
and a vanity, as well as a toilet.
Located in a quiet area, this secure complex is close to all amenities,
allowing guests to either explore Bloubergstrand at their leisure or
stay in and make use of the communal swimming pool, kids' playground,
and braai area.

Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the ownerâs/managementâs discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
