Located just 9 minutes from both Bangrak and Chaweng Beaches, the villa offers a private pool, lush garden, and open-plan living space that flows seamlessly outdoors. Rinse off under the outdoor shower after a beach day, then gather for sunset drinks by the pool.

The space
This spacious 3-bedroom villa offers tropical comfort with a private pool, large garden, and open living areas. Upstairs, all bedrooms are en suite, including a master suite. The pool has both shallow and deep areas—perfect for families. Please note: downstairs there is no indoor toilet, but a garden toilet and bedroom access upstairs offer convenient options. A peaceful, well-designed stay in the heart of Samui.

Please note that electricity is charged separately at the villa. The cost is based on actual usage, with a meter reading taken at check-in and check-out to ensure accurate billing.

Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including all three bedrooms, the private pool, garden, outdoor shower, and spacious open-plan living areas. The villa is entirely yours—no shared spaces, no interruptions. For a seamless check-in experience, we also offer a private transfer service straight to the villa door—just let us know in advance and we’ll arrange everything for you.

Other things to note
Check-in: Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM. However, we strive to accommodate early check-ins whenever possible, depending on the departure time of previous guests.​

Check-out: Standard check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be available if there are no incoming guests on the same day.​

Luggage Storage: If early check-in or late check-out isn't feasible, we're happy to store your luggage and recommend nearby cafes or attractions for you to enjoy while the villa is being prepared.​

Airport Transfer: For a seamless arrival, we offer a private transfer service directly to the villa door. This service is available for an additional fee.​

Housekeeping: The villa is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. For stays longer than 7 nights, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning is provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra charge.​

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required upon check-in. This will be communicated clearly before your arrival.​

Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.​

Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Please refrain from smoking indoors.​

Pets: Please inquire in advance if you wish to bring pets, as approval is on a case-by-case basis.​
