Washington House byggdes ursprungligen 1900. Nuvarande ägare såg potentialen i detta stora gamla hus och bokstavligen tog det ner till studsarna. Denna totala ombyggnad har varit ett kärleksarbete och nu ett visst stycke att dela. Några uppgraderingar inkluderar: Ny återcirkulerande vattenvärmare, nya fönster, ny elektrisk, VVS, isolering, sheetrock, färg (in / ut), golv, badrum, ljus. Allt är nytt; möbler, armaturer, inredning, apparater och mjuka varor. De enda originalbitarna kvar är eldstaden och glasmålningen i köket.

This house was perfect for our group of five adults. The ensuite bath layout ensured privacy & the variety of comfortable chairs & couches made gathering easy. The place was immaculate and extremely well-equipped. We did not try the hot tub - in fact a heat wave kept us mostly inside - but it looked great. We were able to walk to town, which was nice for wine-tasting without worries. Wi-Fi, water pressure, TV all worked well. We'd stay here again!

Beautiful home close to everything

We have family in Walla Walla and visit often and have stayed in multiple vacation rental homes. This home was lovely - spacious three bedroom with on suite baths providing great privacy for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous NYE Getaway

We loved the house especially since there were two en-suites with king beds. It was perfect for two couples wanting their own space. We didn't use the hot tub but loved the open floor plan kitchen/dining area to have game nights. We will come back!

Great place for a family reunion

We live out of town but have family in Walla Walla. Washington House was a great place for us to gather, relax, and also to walk downtown and to get to other attractions. This is our second stay and we were very happy!

Perfect Location for Everything in Walla Walla

Staying at this home was the best part of our family vacation. The house is absolutely gorgeous and super comfortable. Everything inside the house is top-notch: comfortable beds, very clean, plenty of kitchen items, and great instructions. I was surprised by how large the fenced yard is! It would be great in warm weather. We were able to easily walk to the downtown area several times which made the location perfect. If you are on the fence about booking, I promise you will not be disappointed! It is spectacular.

Beautiful Property, Great Location!

We could not have been happier with our stay at the Washington house! The home is lovely, and I every amenity we could think of was at our fingertips. Fenced in backyard was a Plus for our dog and the hot tub was wonderful for relaxing in the evening. Plus we could easily walk to Whitman’s beautiful campus in no time. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful home base for a wine tasting weekend

Beautiful home! Tastefully decorated and well equipped. 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Quaint neighborhood that’s only a 15 min walk from downtown. We loved our stay here and would definitely book this again!

Gorgeous home for wine country escape

From the start of our booking, the host was so helpful and responsive. We really appreciated her! And this beautiful home sparkles throughout and was perfectly appointed for our group of four adult friends. We had the best time cooking in the gorgeous kitchen, grilling and hanging out in the hot tub. A really lovely home in a fantastic location, and we would love to stay there again.

Cayuse Weekend

We are a group of 3 senior couples who enjoy wine and spending time with each other. What we really enjoyed about the Washington House is the kitchen / dining area which is well suited to conversation. The kitchen is well equipped and nicely laid out.

Wonderful Walla Walla weekend

Our group of 3 couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this this property. The remodel was well done giving this place a warm and welcoming feel. Plenty of space for everyone and a great common area for everyone to enjoy together. It was very clean and very well stocked. Location was very convenient. We walked downtown for dinner the first night.

Family gathering to celebrate daughter's Whitman graduation

As described: beautifully renovated home with all the amenities you might possibly need. Great setting for a party. Loved the firepit and the hot tub jets were perfect for winding down. Everything was spotless. Would be closer to perfection were grass to replace the gravel in the back yard. Ample street parking yet easy walk into town and Whitman campus. So glad we picked this place for our celebration!

Beautiful home for a weekend away

The Washington House is great for a weekend away and perfect setup for three couples with each room having their own bathroom. All the amenities you would get at a hotel (toiletries, bath robe, coffee) and kitchen is fully stocked with every type of pan/cooking utensil/dish you might need for entertaining. In a quiet neighborhood, beautiful tree lined streets, and only a 15 min wall to town for whopping and wine tasting. Will definitely book again.

Great home and location

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this home. It’s great for a girls weekend or a couples weekend…it basically has 3 master bedrooms with a full bathroom for each room. The location is great, the house is clean and the kitchen is very well equipped.

Washington House Owners: Dan and Ginny want to live in a world filled with good food, good wine, fun and a force field around their house that repels messy teenagers.

He is an emergency room physician with over 20 years experience who won numerous awards for physician of the year. She is a critical care nurse practitioner who cannot sit still and needs to have at least 5 projects going to be successful. Together they have 4 children, 3 boys and the youngest, a 14 year old girl (send wine!).

When they are not working at their day jobs or working at the house, you can find them traveling, making gourmet meals in the kitchen. (Just kidding, usually driving someone to a sports practice, cleaning up after kids, or answering the question why for the eleventy-bajillionth time).
