Vårt lyxiga Penthouse är idealiskt beläget på Playa Norte, en av de bästa stränderna i Karibien, och bara några hundra meter från själen på ön, byns centrum med sina många affärer, restauranger, barer och nattliv. Lägenheten ligger på de övre våningarna i den nya 6 våningen byggnaden. Nedervåningen är två sovrum sviten; sovrummet, med king size-säng, den andra med dubbla queen sängar, och alla med eget badrum. Separering av sovrummen är det fullt utrustade köket, matsal och vardagsrum (med en ytterligare utdragbar säng).

En stor balkong utanför mästaren och vardagsrummen har också en spiraltrappa som leder upp till 1400 kvadratmeter terrassområdet (hissen tillgång också) med nära 360 graders utsikt över ön. Där hittar du en jacuzzi med en underbar utsikt över stranden, tillsammans med andra unika dekorationer. Utrymmet är idealiskt för underhållning (t.ex. bröllopsfest) eller familjen picnics med sitt skuggade övermålta matbord, vardagsrum, våt bar, lätt ljusgrill, kylskåp, CD-surroundljud och badrum.

Fullt utrustat lyxlägenheten har gratis trådlöst internet, kabel-TV, separata individuella luftkonditioneringskontroller för varje rum, tillsammans med TV, DVD- och CD-spelare, radiolarm, telefoner, elektroniska kassaskåp, garderober och strykjärn i varje sovrum. Köket innehåller kyl / frys, spis, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, mixer, brödrost, knivsats, svalare och flaska dricksvatten.

Isla birthday trip

Communication was top-notch. We had groceries delivered and they were there when we got there. Check-in was very easy. Condo was impeccably clean. We definitely come back here again.

Great Place!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. It was the perfect choice for our group of friends. The rooftop patio off the master bedroom was amazing! So thankful for the elevator access to the master bedroom because the stairs to the master was not a positive of this space! 😆 Communication was terrific and we appreciated how smooth everything went in regards to rides and checkin! We will definitely return!!

Birthday Barbecue Celebration

We had a wonderful stay celebrating a 65th Bday with a couple of close friends. rooftop barbecue, followed by relaxing sunset in the hot tub and MAYBE a couple of cocktails! Couldn’t have been better! Made turning 65 a Breeze….Ocean Breeze actually! Thanks for the memories Isla Mujetes & Cecelia!!

I booked for friends and family, more specifically for a birthday weekend getaway and all guests were wowed by the location and all the amenities offered by Cecilia’s Penthouse. Location location location!

The property is in a great location close to everything and on a beautiful beach. The rooms are big and the property is very clean. The owner and everyone we dealt with was friendly, very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had some issues with water leaking when it rained and the hot tub never got above mid 90’s which was a bummer on the cloudy/rainy days. The views and the beach chairs/access are amazing. Overall we had a great stay.

Stay was very comfortable. Service was excellent. Staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. Weather was beautiful. Lots of wonderful food and drink. Loved the beach. Isla Mujeres has all the activity you may want or is a very pleasant place to do virtually nothing.

Wonderful beach getaway

Our family of six really enjoyed our stay at ixchel. We had tons of room. The place is well stocked and clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is perfect and within walking of great food and shopping. The beach is beautiful and just steps away. Thank you for sharing your amazing place with us!

Ixchel Beach Hotel

We loved our 5th floor penthouse…beautiful views from large patio w/ hot tub. The kitchen was well furnished including coffee/tea/milk so we did not have to run out to be ready for next morning after traveling all day. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved going down to beach for breakfast 🥰. The bedrooms are large w/ comfortable beds…great to have 3 bathrooms 👍. I would recommend for your trip to Isla🙋‍♀️

The perfect condo in the perfect location

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Ultra communicative management, amazing location close to everything and a roof deck with fantastic amenities… They asked if we had any suggestions for management when we departed and I honestly can’t think of a thing I would change. Even the recommendations for restaurants and excursions were spot on (rent the catamaran for a day!!!) can’t wait to come back! We absolutely loved our entire trip! The perfect mix of relaxation and liveliness!

Penthouse Paradise

I really can’t say enough about Ciecilia and her entire staff. Mayra, Alejandro, Victor were all great and ready to help with anything we needed. This location is close to everything, food, shopping, and of course beautiful playa nota beach. We will be back to Isla and we will 100% stay here again.

Cecilia's condo was exactly as advertised. Check in and check out was simple and efficient. Excellent location and Playa Norte can't be beat. Love the roof top with hot tub - view was outstanding. Early birthday trip with friends

I can’t even begin to express how amazing this trip was. From the time we booked, communication was phenomenal. We were picked up from the ferry with no issues, and were met at the condo with groceries we had pre ordered. Anytime we used the whats app we were answered immediately. The lovely cleaning woman was amazing and so sweet ! When I say you don’t have to worry about a thing with this unit I mean it ! Thank you again for everything, we will definitely be back !!

Excellent property. Will definitely return

You can’t go wrong staying here! The highlight of Isla Mujeres is Playa Norte and this property is directly on the beach! We have seven people in our family and this is one of the only properties we found big enough for everyone where someone didn’t have sleep on a couch or air mattress. The beds are very comfortable. They even have a closet full of beach toys for small children, all kinds of books and even DVD’s if you want to relax and watch movies in the room. The rooftop patio with jacuzzi is huge! Nothing negative to say! Can’t wait to be back.

Perfect!!!!!

The place was perfect in so many ways. The view from the top was gorgeous, the space in the condo was excellent, the location couldn’t have been any better, and the check-in was effortless. We communicated with the owner, housekeeping, and the manager for the entire trip as needed, and all were friendly and accessible for questions. We rented golf carts for our entire stay and could’ve done without, but we like to ride the island some. I highly recommend staying here. I will be back soon!!!

Nothing less than SPECTACULAR!

We've stayed at the Ixchel Beach Hotel many times, but this was the first time staying in an owned/operated room. The Penthouse did not disappoint! Actually it was so much easier than the hotel side because of the team handling our stay. We lacked nothing! And all questions were handled quickly. When we return to Isla, it will definitely be to the Penthouse! Thanks everyone for making our stay easy and enjoyable!

Staff communicated with us every day asking if we needed anything. We could pick the time each day when we wanted our rooms to be cleaned. Questions were answered immediately. We were surprised with food and drinks one afternoon for happy hour. Extras were supplied in our room upon arrival. It was amazing.
