Welcome to our stylish modern, yet cosy, former show home. With 3 double bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a spacious living area, our 3 storey townhouse provides a comfortable space for 6 guests.
Just a 6 minute walk from picturesque Deddington with independent shops & pubs and easy access to The Cotswolds and Soho Farmhouse.
Our home provides the perfect base for family, friends or colleagues to relax, explore the area and enjoy village life with all the comforts you’d expect from a quality stay!
GROUND FLOOR:
Step into the hallway through to the bright & airy living room with comfy seating for 6, Smart TV (own subscriptions required for streaming apps) and French doors leading out into the private rear garden.
Open plan kitchen-diner: fully equipped kitchen including gas hob, small double oven, microwave, dishwasher and tall fridge freezer. Separate dining area seats up to 6.
Beyond the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer.
Downstairs WC is located in the hallway for your convenience.
FIRST FLOOR:
Master bedroom with dual aspect windows, super-king bed, dressing area with huge built-in wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with shower enclosure.
2nd bedroom offers a double bed with hanging and shelf storage.
Separate family bathroom with bath (no shower), sink & WC.
SECOND FLOOR:
3rd bedroom offers a double bed with hanging and shelf storage.
A separate shower room with WC for your convenience.
4th room: dedicated study with office desk, chair and monitor.
OUTSIDE:
Beautifully landscaped private rear garden with a patio featuring outdoor seating.
Parking directly outside the single garage for 2 cars at the rear of the property.
A travel cot and high chair are available for an extra cost, ensuring a stress-free stay for younger families.
Perfectly located just a few minutes walk from the centre of Deddington with all the amenities you need for a short stay. The Great Tew Estate & Soho Farmhouse is a 12 minute drive, Blenheim Palace is only 10 miles away and Bicester Village Designer Outlet is 12.5 miles.
Our home is also in the ideal location for visiting The Cotswolds with the stunning villages of Stow-on-the-Wold and Moreton-in-Marsh only 20 miles away.
The whole semi-detached property is available for guests' use, with the exception of the garage.
Our home is a semi-detached in a quiet close knit neighbourhood, so strictly no parties allowed please. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
Standard check-in time is from 4pm onwards and check-out time is by 10am. We may be able to offer a later check-out or earlier check-in for an extra cost via prior arrangement only.
Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors please.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
We can supply a travel cot & high chair for an additional cost of £25 per stay, please kindly request these at the time of booking. Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot.
Linen, towels & toiletries are provided along with a welcome pack including tea/coffee/sugar/milk sachets and snacks.
Please note that a £50 callout charge will apply for misplaced keys and £100 will be charged for lost keys, so please be careful with them and place them back in the lockbox when you check-out.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
