A small entrance hall opens into a large and airy living area, filled with natural light from the wide windows. The room is tastefully furnished with a double sofa bed, armchairs, coffee table, and TV, creating a refined yet cozy atmosphere.
The kitchen corner is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, coffee machine, and all cooking utensils, along with a dining table perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals.
A spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine level, where youâll find the bedroom area with a double bed and dresser, ensuring privacy and comfort.
The bathroom is spacious and complete, featuring both a shower and a bathtub, plus a washing machine and complimentary toiletries.
Our flat can hosts up to 4 guests â ideal for couples, families, or friends.
Guests will be provided with towels, bed linens, and a small personal hygiene kit. The apartments feature air conditioning, adjustable heating, and free Wi-Fi.

Pets not allowed
Silence hours from 22:00 to 8:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00.
