Welcome to Le Petit Pleney 6, your cosy retreat nestled in the heart of Morzine, France. This bright and warm apartment offers ski-in ski-out convenience right on the slopes, making it a perfect haven for ski enthusiasts or simply for mountain activity fans lovers all year round. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates 6 people. Enjoy modern comforts like high-speed WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, TV with freeview and TNT Sat, and several sunny balconies, all wrapped up in a charming setting. After a day on the slopes, come back to the warmth of the plush carpeting and relax in this beautiful space. The apartment is situated at 400 Taille de Mas des Frenes, which is close to the town centre - 9 minutes walk to the Tourist Office, 8 to the SuperMorzine lift, and 2 minutes' drive to the wonderful Sherpa supermarket (open 8am - 8pm in season). Apartment layout details: The apartment sleeps a maximum of 6. Petit Pleney 6 is situated on the 2nd floor of a small apartment building just below "Pleney B" blue piste. At the entrance to the apartment is a hallway preceded by coat and shoe storage alcove. The double bedroom with balcony and ensuite shower is to your right, followed by the cosy cabine bunk bedroom, which is more suitable for children (the top bunk has a max weight of 90kg). Opposite is a utility space with washing machine, and a separate WC / handbasin. Off this hallway is the main bathroom - bath and overhead power shower, WC and handbasin. The space really opens up into a lovely bright lounge, with open-plan kitchen and large dining table. There's a sunny balcony from which you can see skiers descending to the Pleney telecabine (3 minutes' walk across the slopes or a quick schuss on skis!) The balcony is equipped with outdoor dining furniture. The kitchen provides all you could need to prepare delicious meals for the family - full sized oven, 4 electric rings, large fridge / freezer, microwave, espresso coffee machine - plus many extra appliances such as raclette machine, blender, kitchen mixer, waffle maker, fondue set). There's ample work surface too. The lounge features two lovely big sofas to relax in, and you'll be able to choose from UK Freeview TV, French TNT Sat, or plump for a night in with a DVD. There's high-speed wifi so those who need to can work from home, and plenty of room at the big dining table. The third bedroom is off the lounge. It can be either a king bed (1m60) or 2 singles (80cm) on the same frame. It also has a lovely sunny balcony. For those who wish to drive to Morzine, the apartment has its own garage parking space, and can take vehicles up to 2m 10 high. There are also guest parking spaces next to the building. However the apartment is so centrally located that you don't need a car - and you can take advantage of our airport transfer service, for private or shared transfers - see Mountain Highs Transfers. You'll have the use of the ski locker (Cave) which has ample shelving for boots and sports equipment. Please note that there's no secure storage for mountain bikes and we don't take bookings from mountain bikers at this apartment. In summer, the apartment has a major plus: we are part of the Multipass scheme and it is offered to 4 of our guests FREE OF CHARGE! (You just need to return the Multipass cards to us at the end of your stay). Please note: The apartment is carpeted in ultra-soft beige carpet throughout, so it's obligatory to remove all shoes and boots at the door of the apartment. You won't need any slippers, the carpet is so soft and warm! Pets are not accepted. The apartment has a 3* Tourist rating (May 2025). SMOKE DETECTOR / FIRE MONITORING. From Dec 2025 there will be two external security cameras installed. One will face the garage and stairs area from the double room balcony and one will face the garden / balcony area from the main balcony. This is an insurance company requirement and will not record inside the apartment. A fold-up cot and high chair can be supplied on request. Please note, we only provide a bottom sheet for the cot. WHAT'S INCLUDED: Winter ski season (Dec 13 - April 17): bedlinen, towels and end of stay cleaning are included. The Rest of the year: (April 18 - Dec 13): bedlinen and towels are included. End of stay cleaning is payable locally and costs âŹ90. IMPORTANT: DAMAGE DEPOSIT. We take a âŹ300 Damage Deposit prior to your arrival. This can be paid via credit / debit card or bank transfer (Revolut preferred). We refund this deposit within 3 days of your departure. It is also possible to pay by French cheque. We will hold the Damage deposit until we have received the keys back and have been able to properly check the property. *Additional Services Offered* Geneva Airport transfers: We operate our own airport transfer service in our licensed taxi minibus, which seats max 8 passengers in comfort with plenty of luggage space (VW Caravelle 4 x 4 long wheel base). We can offer shared transfers or private transfers, always door-to-door (unlike some transfer services who will drop you at the bus station!) â contact us for a competitive quote (Prices range from âŹ95 per person return based on 4 travelling together, down to âŹ66pp return for 8 travelling together) / âŹ530 for a private transfer. Lift pass purchase (Skiing or biking): We are able to arrange your lift passes in advance of your stay, so that theyâre ready on your arrival at the apartment. We can take payment for these by credit card or bank transfer in advance, or cash on arrival in resort. We offer lower rates on area (Portes du Soleil) and local (Morzine - Les Gets) passes than you can buy in resort. For rates for your chosen stay, contact us. Help with arranging child care or babysitting: we have contacts with the in-resort childcare companies and can make the initial enquiries for you. For ad-hoc babysitting we have a list of trusted contacts and can put you in touch with them after you have booked. Start-up grocery shopping: for those arriving too late to be able to buy supplies on your first day, or if youâre arriving by airport transfer, if you contact us with your shopping list with 2 daysâ advance notice, we can purchase and deliver your first daysâ groceries for you, with a small charge of âŹ20. Full or part-catered service: we work with several highly recommended freelance caterers who can provide a combination of breakfasts, afternoon tea, daily cleaning, children's suppers and adults 3 or 4 course dinner with or without wine included, and also a dinner delivery service.
