GuestReady - Quiet Retreat in Suburbs
The property is a two-storey semi-detached house containing a new, integrated kitchen with fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave and all of the usual modern appliances. The dining area shares the same bright space with the kitchen and looks out on to a recently landscaped child-friendly garden through sliding doors.
The garden has a high fence on all sides for privacy with a large artificial grass area to the rear and tiled outdoor sitting area adjoining the house. There is also a recently constructed garden room containing bathroom, dryer and washing machine and plenty of storage space.
Back inside the house next to the kitchen-diner is a living room with wall-mounted TV, L-shaped couch and plenty of space for the family to relax and spend time together.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and one bathroom with storage space in between. The master bedroom has views over Dublin Bay and contains a UK queen-size bed and ample closet space.
The second bedroom is another large room that contains large UK single bunkbeds and some closet space and looks out over the front of the house and street. The third bedroom is a smaller room with a UK single bed and workstation.
In summary, the home is a warm, comfortable space for a couple or family to spend time together in a quiet neighbourhood in one of the safest and most sought-after areas in Dublin.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The neighbourhood is located in The Park in Cabinteely, which is a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood with very little traffic. It is located beside Cabinteely Park, one of the most picturesque parks in south Dublin, complete with childrenÂŽs playground, coffee shop and dog park.
The Park shopping centre is two minutes walk from the house and contains a small grocery store, Tesco Express, restaurant, Chinese takeaway, laundrette and creche/nursery.
Fifteen minutes walk is the large clothing and grocery retailer Dunnes Stores with everything needed for dining in the house. Twenty minutes walk away is the historic Cabinteely Village with restaurants and the local public house, The Horse and Hound.
Landmarks in the area include Killiney Hill, views of which can be seen from the front-door of the house, the shopping mecca of Dundrum, and the seaside town of DĂșn Laoghaire with its magnificent piers, all of which are within a short distance by car, bus or rail.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus station, Sycamore Drive (stop 3306), is just a 5-minute walk.
Dublin Airport is a 40-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge âŹ120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of âŹ180 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
