Living room/living area with smart TV, connectable to personal computers and cell phones, a single sofa bed and a single armchair bed - for a total of up to 4 people.

Anteroom + full bathroom (shower, bidet, toilet)
VERANDA + TERRACE
Large furnished veranda where up to 6 people can comfortably have lunch/dinner + terrace; the sunsets at Cala Rossa are among the most beautiful you can see, and the view you will enjoy from the veranda + terrace will leave you speechless.

Li Canneddi beach: 400 meters away from the apartment as the crow flies and part of the Residence complex. It can be reached by a relaxing walk through the gardens of the Cala Rossa Resort. Both free and equipped beach.
Among the countless options in the vicinity, all of the highest standard, I recommend:
La Marinedda, a 4-minute drive or 15-minute walk from the apartment. A beach with fine sand, both free and equipped. It is considered a surfer's paradise!
