This elegant apartment offers all the comforts of an exceptional location, being just 50 m from the white sandy beach of AlcĂșdia and very close to supermarkets, restaurants, and shops.
The modern-style apartment welcomes its guests with a pleasant terrace with partial sea views at the front.
If you prefer to spend a more leisurely day, you can go down to the beach, which is less than 50 m away.
The interior of the house is modern in style. Nordic furniture and fresh, bright colors make the rooms shine with summer style.
The cozy kitchen has everything an amateur chef needs to prepare a successful dinner.
Just fill the fridge with all kinds of delicacies and you're ready to go! Then you can feast at the large dining table, and for a little peace and quiet afterwards, there's the living area, where you can lie back on the comfortable sofa with a full stomach and end the evening.
And if tiredness overtakes you sooner than expected, you can retire to one of the two elegant bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds) and recharge your batteries for the next day.
