Our gorgeous, newly-renovated 1-bedroom apt with private parking is located 50m away from the sea in the most characteristic central district of Lerici. Set in a historic building, it offers a partial sea view on the town's marina and is just steps away from all amenities, restaurants, public transit and beaches, with easy access to hiking trails and touristic excursions. Itâs the ideal place to explore the Poets' Gulf and the provinces of La Spezia (including Cinque Terre), Massa-Carrara, Pisa and Genova.
This bright, 42 square metre, corner-unit apartment is ideal for couples, solo travellers and families with children. The building entrance is on a typical Ligurian âcarugioâ (side street) and the apartment is on the first floor (above ground), accessible via one flight of stairs (14 steps). Because of its unique position, youâll enjoy a partial view of the marina as well as the colourful side streets. The closest sandy beach is just a 4 minute walk from the apartment.
For a relaxing start to the day, you can enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar in the modern, open kitchen. We provide a Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster and basics like coffee, assorted teas and sugar. The kitchen is also equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave and countertop convection toaster oven, and is well stocked with cookware, dinnerware and basic pantry items - plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Youâll also love the convenience of the 2-in-1 washer/dryer.
The stylish living room is designed for comfort with a sofa bed, dining area, writing desk and 32-inch HD smart TV with bluetooth. Want to stay connected while travelling? With super fast Wi-Fi (118 Mbps) throughout the apartment, all of your surfing, streaming, smart working and video conferencing needs will be met with ease.
With a comfy queen-size bed and 32-inch HD smart TV, the bedroom is a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. No matter what time of year you stay here, the efficient air-conditioning and heating system ensures your comfort.
The sofa bed in the living room, when opened, has a 130x190 cm (51x75 inch) mattress, ideal for two children or one adult.
The beach supplies available in the apartment include a beach umbrella, beach blanket, beach towels and sand toys, but no snorkelling gear.
All guests are required by Italian law to provide ID or passport information to hosts (to be forwarded to the local police). We will request this information one week before your arrival.
All guests staying in Lerici are required to pay the Tourist Tax (imposta di soggiorno) of âŹ3.00 per guest per night (up to a maximum of five nights). This tax must be paid in cash at the time of check-in. (Children up to the age of 11 are exempt).
We have a PRIVATE PARKING SPOT in a nearby garage (750m / 9 min walk from the apartment) that can be booked for an additional 15âŹ/night, to be paid in cash upon arrival. Please send us your request at the time of booking to reserve this parking spot. Please note that LPG and CNG cars are not permitted to enter the parking garage.
