âąCheck-in: in-person, our team will be on site with 30 minutes prior notice. Arrivals after 8 PM are subject to extra cost with the possibility of autonomous check-in with key safe.
âąAccess: After the apartment is ready and the online registration is correctly completed.
Number of guests: Confirm that the number of guests is correct on the reservation. Changes must be made before check-in. Exceeding the indicated number may result in additional fees or refusal of stay.
Stays >20 nights: A fair use policy of âŹ90 for water and electricity applies; extra will be charged. Initial and final readings will be recorded.
Apartment access with elevator (we are not responsible for elevator malfunctions).
Zero tolerance for noise in the apartment. We have very sensitive neighbours and a decibel meter with automatic notifications
