This historic B-listed estate has been completely renovated to offer a stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed retreat while preserving its traditional charm. Set within a private one-acre walled garden and surrounded by 34 acres of hillside woodlands, it now also includes newly acquired land across the road, giving guests direct access to a beach and Loch Lomond. The property delivers a luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere, with exceptional comfort, beautiful interiors, and stunning grounds. A guest review from December 2024 highlights the home’s meticulous attention to detail, superb comfort, exceptional equipment, and breathtaking setting.



The Space:

The interiors feature beautifully furnished rooms designed for relaxation after exploring the surrounding landscapes. A large sitting room offers double-height ceilings, French doors, and a wood burner—an inviting space for evenings together. The dining room accommodates up to ten guests, and a snug off the kitchen provides an ideal space for children or an additional quiet spot leading directly to the walled garden.

The modern kitchen includes a breakfast bar and is equipped for anything from a weekend away to a longer holiday stay. Guests may choose from recommended local restaurants or arrange a private chef from the approved list.

The accommodation includes five bedrooms: three double rooms with en-suite shower rooms, one twin bedroom, and one additional double bedroom that shares a family bathroom. Linen, towels, and the property's own toiletries are provided. Across the courtyard, there is also a separate Coach House available on request, offering a one-bedroom apartment with its own sitting room, kitchen, breakfast bar, and shower room.



Guest Access:

Guests can enjoy the private one-acre walled garden, lawns, patios, and direct access to woodland areas. The outdoor spaces include a seven-seater hot tub and BBQ facilities, creating an ideal setting for gatherings with family and friends. Access to the beachfront and lochside area is also available. All stays are self-catering, and housekeeping or chef services can be arranged at an additional cost.
