This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is set within a peaceful development on the outskirts of Preston. The lovely interior has all the amenities required for up to 6 guests (with use of sofa bed) to enjoy a comfortable stay, including an open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms and a family bathroom. You will be just a short drive or bus journey from central Preston.
The Space:
- Finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and modern fixtures throughout
- Open-plan living area including a modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa
- High-speed broadband throughout, suitable for working or staying connected on social media
- 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and crisp hotel linen, as well as ample storage for clothes
- Family bathroom with shower over bath, complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels
- There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 or 6 guests when booking)

Guests have sole access to all parts of the property.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Ingol, a peaceful area on the outskirts Preston, youâll have easy access to the surrounding green spaces and the Lancaster Canal - perfect for a scenic walk. Central Preston, home to an array of shops, bars restaurants and cafes can be reached within 20 minutes by bus, or a short drive. Preston Docks is a 25 minute walk from the property, and there is a co-op for your groceries just 10 minutes walk away. Preston Train Station is a 15 minute drive or 20 minute bus journey from the property.
Getting Around:
Lancaster Canal as well as surrounding parks are all just a 5-10 minute walk from the property. Central Preston, as well as Preston Train Station is 20 minute bus journey or 15 minutes by car.
Other Things to Note:
There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 or 6 guests when booking)
Please note if you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of ÂŁ10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and canât be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
