The Mareverde complex is in the exclusive area of ââTorviscas Bajo, a few steps from the center of Playa de Las AmĂ©ricas and a 10-minute walk from the beach. The apartment is easily accessible from Tenerife South airport, approximately 15 minutes by taxi.
Bright and cozy 40 m2 studio on the 1st floor with living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, sleeping area with double bed, bathroom with shower and balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the view.
