Vårt Penthouse-lägenhet ligger i Ocean Creek-komplexet på 15: e våningen på det sydöstra hörnet av Tower South. Denna plats ger en spektakulär fri utsikt över Grand Strand-kusten från ENE till SW.

Enheten har en våt bar och separat balkong utanför sovrummet för mat och privat solbad. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och det finns tvillingar i det andra sovrummet. Det finns en 42-tums TV i vardagsrummet och en 32-tums TV i sovrummet, båda med en DVD / VCR. TV: n är kabel med cirka 70-80 kanaler. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare är i full storlek. Enheten var heltäckningsmattor i december 2015 och nya utemöbler.
Det finns ett förvaringsskåp nära Tower South poolområdet för våra kunder att använda. Det finns strandstolar och många strandleksaker i skåpet. Det finns en uppvärmd inomhus-utomhuspool och badtunna i byggnaden för hyresgäster i Tower South. Ocean Creek är ett 57 tunnland gated komplex för din säkerhet. Barefoot Landing ligger tvärs över motorvägen med 12 restauranger och ett överflöd av shopping. Alabama Theatre och House of Blues finns också i Barefoot Landing tillsammans med fyra golfbanor i mästerskapet.

Beautiful property. The condo has amazing views and is very comfortable and home feeling, check in and check out was easy. Bob was amazing with giving us information prior to arriving and tips for views for views.

Perfect Location and Gorgeous Views

Our family of 5 (including 3 teens) stayed here for a week. We stayed at Ocean Creek Resort previously, but in the North Tower. We loved the South Tower Pool and the ease of getting to the Beach as well as access to the Beach Club Pool. Robert was great, he called us once we arrived to make sure everything was in working order and to see if we needed anything. Plenty of bedding and towels, and having the washer & dryer let us pack light. We appreciated the extra touches like having hand soap, dishsoap and toilet paper and tissues to start us off. The ice maker under the wet bar makes tons of ice quickly, which was great for our cooler.The rooftop deck off the Primary Bedroom was a favorite for our kids and we were able to see the Monday night (as well as 4th of July) fireworks at Barefoot Landing from the rooftop patio. Parking was easy and there are trolleys and shopping carts to bring your items upstairs. Despite being the week of the 4th of July, the resort did not feel overcrowded and we always found a parking spot.Twin beds in the second bedroom made it easy for us and while the sofa pulled out to a bed, we chose to bring a twin air mattress and had no problem fitting it into the 2nd bedroom. We had breakfast and lunch at the condo and dinner out, but there is PLENTY of cookware, silverware and dishes if you needed them. The TV in the living room and second bedrooms were both Smart TV's, an added benefit!We would stay here again!!!

Best Views in all of Ocean Creek

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. I would be willing to say that it has some of the best views in all of Ocean Creek. The unit was spacious, clean, and welcoming. It had everything that we could possibly need for our week's stay. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

This is a gorgeous property. I was a little hesitant about being on the top floor, but it was fantabulous! The elevators move pretty quick, parking is easy, and the views are simply amazing!

RELAXING LONG WEEKEND

This condo is on the older side, but well kept. It has it's own rooftop patio and 2 beach view balconies so views galore which I loved. We were able to check in earl which was nice. Beds are comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. No list of things we had to do before check out. Very nice owners. Elevators easy to get, so 15th floor was not an issue. Beachfront.

Memorial weekend

My wife and I were lucky to find a place so close to my daughter in laws (other end of hall) for our trip The accommodations although a bit dated were very clean which is most important to me, the view spectacular. I would recommend a stay here to all. Also it was great to be within waking distance of Barefoot Landing and numerous other restaurants.

Little Piece of Paradise

This property had great views, front balcony and large spacious roof top deck! The Condo itself was very well equipped, clean and inviting. Definitely Enjoyed Our week, and are already hoping to return in the near future! Owners responded quickly to any questions!

Beautiful view!

The condo was great! All the amenities of home. The view from the living room balcony was amazing! The private rooftop was a great place to see fireworks from Barefoot Landing. Bob was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect location to enjoy the beach—either by sitting on the balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze and watch the waves or taking a quick walk to actually be on the beach. We were able to have a great view of the fireworks one evening by sitting on the balcony off the master bedroom. Barefoot Landing and Tanger were both every easy to drive to. All in all this was a great place to stay for our sisters weekend!

Great Get Away

We had a wonderful time in this penthouse unit. The high ceilings add to the spacious feel....And the views are amazing. The roof top deck was our favorite. It was the perfect place to have a glass of wine in the evening and enjoy the view and ocean breeze. The condo is clean and well equipment. The decor is a bit dated but that led to a homey feel you don't always get in those gray and white cookie cutter units. The beds were comfortable. We truly has a relaxing stay. Thank you Bob.

great property

Just spent 10 beautiful days at Ocean Creek and had a wonderful time. The condo was as advertised and Bob was very easy to work with. The views were absolutely gorgeous. The condo was well-stocked and all the beds were very comfortable. The sound insulation from the adjacent unit was excellent and being on the top floor with an end unit was an added bonus. The grounds at Ocean Creek were well kept and the staff was very friendly. Very convenient to the beach and to all area attractions. Hope to return again someday.

Amazing Ocean View Grand Strand Awesome Great Condo

The balcony and private roof top were spectacular and large. Beds comfortable and kitchen had everything you need. very comfortable and plenty of space for me and my teenage girls. Elevators very quick for going up to the 15th floor. Lots of people fishing and looking for sea shells during the night time. Fun to watch. Did a little night time sea shell seeking ourselves.

Wonderful condo with great views of the water & beach

We stayed here the last week of June. All the rooms were clean and well maintained. The views of the beach and water were amazing. There are tall, easy to use curtains on all of the windows which blocked out most of the sun especially in the morning when people wanted to sleep in. The owner, Bob, was very helpful in quickly fixing an issue with the sliding door. There is a side patio that is unique to this unit. Although too hot to use mid-day, it was perfect for the evenings and to watch the fireworks at Barefoot Landing on monday nights. We would definitely stay here again!

What an awesome place!

We're here for Spring Break this week. It is perhaps one of the best locations I've stayed in at Myrtle Beach (and I've been to Myrtle Beach at least a dozen times). It is right across the street from Barefoot Landing, and is located just steps from the ocean. The pool is large and has plenty of chairs around it. The beach is nice, and there is a small food shack right near the ocean. There are walking trails and activities throughout the complex (fitness center, restaurant, etc) The condo itself is perfect. Two bedrooms and two baths, perfect for a family of four. You can tell the owners take pride in the condo as it is immaculately clean, has nice beach chairs on the balcony, and all the furniture/appliances are well-maintained. There new TVs in the living room and master suite with DVD players. Nice thing is I can hook an HDMI cable and watch netflix from my phone. It also has very comfortable, new beds, which is something I often find lacking in rental properties. The views from the bedrooms are beautiful in the morning! The balconies are a nice touch. The main balcony is large enough to eat on and sit on the lounge chairs and drink coffee in the mornings. The second balcony is off the master suite and is just large enough for maybe a chair or to stand on and take in the view. The third balcony is really the kicker. It can only be accessed off the master suite. It is a huge deck that is completely private, can't be seen from any other condo. It is perfect for laying out during the day and reading a book, just enough breeze to stay cool, and in the sun the majority of the day. The owner is local, and is easy to work with. He came by at our convenience to take the rest of the payment for the condo. Another nice thing is that cleaning charges were included in the condo, so no surprise fees! Also, walmart is less than 5 minutes away, which is nice for the quick grocery trips, and Barefoot Landing has plenty of restaurants and shops for whatever you like or need. We're definitely planning to return.

Bob Is retired Air force and we live in Myrtle Beach about 1 mile from Ocean Creek. We rent the unit ourselves and also manage all aspects of the unit. We pick and choose our renters and continually upgrade the unit. For 2020 new sofa, new King size bed in MBR, and 42 inch TV in the living room. New in 2017 a 36 inch TV in Master Bed Room. New carpet and patio furniture in December 2022.

We have owned this unit since the building was built in 1984. We live close by and inspect the property weekly to ensure it is clean and every thing is in operating condition.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The view is spectacular. The unit is on the 15th floor and the ceilings are nine feet which makes the unit seem larger than similar units in the building. Being on the top floor and at the end of the building the unit is much quieter because you do not have noise from the unit above.
