Outside, the villa offers two verandas, one on the front and one on the back, both furnished with garden furniture and ideal for relaxing outdoors or enjoying pleasant summer evenings; the garden is fenced and equipped with a charcoal barbecue, perfect for those who love to cook and enjoy outdoor spaces in total privacy. The house is also equipped with all the essential amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, mosquito nets, TV and Wi-Fi, so as to make your stay even more pleasant and practical.

- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8. .
