On the upper floor opens a bright open space 🌅: a modern open kitchen, illuminated by large windows, overlooking a spacious terrace 🌿 ideal for sunny breakfasts or intimate dinners with the Alps as a backdrop. On this level, there is also a double bedroom 🛏️, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with modern and refined design.
The lower floor is the true heart of the house ❤️: a large space designed to be enjoyed with family or friends, where every detail invites sharing. Here you will find a second double bedroom with private bathroom, as well as a convenient laundry area with washing machine and dryer 🧺.
Completing the property is a covered parking space 🚗 with charging station for electric cars ⚡, a precious detail that combines convenience and sustainability.
