Casteldidone is located in the quiet countryside surrounding Cremona, a boasting a central position, at the same distance from the cities of Cremona, Mantua, and Parma. We are 8 km far away from Cremona Racing Circuit in San Martino del Lago, and Sabbioneta, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Furthermore, the area is strategically positioned to reach the famous Lake Garda.
The wide two-room apartment with outdoor space and private parking for cars, trailers, bicycles, and motorcycles is perfect to make you feel at home.
A large and bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, table, 6 chairs, sofa bed, TV, and desk for smart working; a complete bathroom with shower and modern sanitary ware; and a bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. An exclusive balcony and a gallery overlook the property's courtyard, where free indoor parking is available for guests.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, induction stove with extractor hood, refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher. It is supplied with all necessary ingredients and essentials, such as oil, vinegar, fine and coarse salt, sugar, and coffee. Laundry and dishwasher detergents, household cleaning supplies, paper towels, toothpicks, and cling film are also provided.
The space was recently built in 2014 and is energy-efficient, with an A+ rating. It is entirely made of wood and gas-free. Photovoltaic panels power the induction stove, and a heat pump provides heating and cooling. Since the entire house is covered by 1 Gbps FTTH fiber Wi-Fi, it is the ideal solution for remote workers.
Guests will have access to all areas of the house, including the balcony, garden, and private indoor parking.
