Very comfortable stay

The Family Tides was perfect for this trip. We had plenty of room in the kitchen to cook, around the table to eat and play cards, and just relaxing waiting out the rain. Would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable vacation!

Awesome Condo

The view was amazing when looking out the sliding door. There's a small yard that kids could go out and run around in. The condo was very clean and the two gliders in the living room were great for rocking small children. The biggest issue with this condo is the shower heads were in desperate need of replacing/upgrading and the beds weren't super comfortable(definitely able to sleep but stiff). I would definitely go back! One of the best condos we have stayed in.

Short vacation

Last minute trip and this condo had availability. It was great! It was nicely furnished and I loved the layout. It was on the end so you didn’t have neighbors on both sides, this was a plus! It is located not far from the pool or beach. We would come back again.

Relaxing Vacation

Everything was great! Very quiet, relaxing. We will definitely be back! Perfect first floor end condo where grandchildren can play. Easy access to beach. It was supplied with everything you needed to cook as much as you wanted.

Everything we needed and close to our favorites!

So much space. Everything we needed. So close to the pool-but not loud. Chill, relaxing and the owners/property managers were so helpful. We have stayed at several condos in this area- but this is our new favorite.

Perfect for Guests with Young Children

My husband and I took my daughter, her husband, and three children (6,2, and 1) for a last minute beach weekend. The weather wasn't perfect, but the location of #103 allowed the kids to play underneath the large covered patio and the courtyard. It was also easy to walk right out to the beach or pool with minimal effort. Thank you! We will be back!

Last chance getaway before school started

Me, my husband, and his ex-wife planned a getaway together as she was needing a vacation and so were we, school was starting the next week and she had planned to take the children camping and had invited us along. Me and my husband have sleep apnea and have to use c-pap machines, so I went online and looked and treated her to an indoor vacation at the beach instead. This listing looked perfect for a quick get away. Right on the beach, and a pool if the waters were too rough. Enough comfortable beds, and bathrooms for 8. It was not a disappointment. Beautiful place to stay. Clean, roomy, comfortable, quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. The donuts🍩 were great too.

We absolutely loved this condo! We’ve stayed in the building before so knew we like the property but never on 1st floor. Condo was very clean and accommodating. They even left donuts which my kids loved. We hope to stay here again for our next summer vacation.

My new favorite, by far!!

Where do I even start? We had to change a date due to sport's schedule change, the owners were super quick to respond and very understanding and accommodating which was just the beginning of a PERFECT trip for us! Upon arrival there was the sweetest gift for us waiting from the owners, then you walk right out the large sliding glass doors to a perfect ocean, courtyard & pool view.. you will not find a better location than this condo, especially if you have littles one or do not enjoy walking stairs or elevator rides with pool toys, a cooler, beach wagon etc., you literally walk right out your door to the pool and beach a few steps away!! We have stayed multiple places over the years in the Destin area, this is now our new go to and home away from home, thank you again for allowing us to rent, stay, and enjoy from you!! Great trip!

Phenomenal place on the beach!

This was a fabulous place to stay! CareySue was great at answering all our questions and the unit was fantastic! From booking to checkout the entire process was easy, so all we had to do was enjoy the unit and easy access to the beach! Hope to stay again!

Nice location, unfair policy

This property was nice for our family. Close walk to the pool and beach. Nice grassy area for kids to run around right off patio. Grilling station just steps away. Clean unit. However, the management company charges $50 to check in at a DECENT time. Normal check in is 4 pm. Why so late? The whole day is gone by that time! So it is an extra $50 to check in by 1 pm. I think that’s ridiculous. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Christmas vacation 2019

We absolutely loved unit 103. The location is great, being on the end of the unit makes for less foot traffic past the patio and easy access to the pool and boardwalk. The condo had everything we needed for our family vacation.
