Beautiful apartment, completely renovated and tastefully equipped, located on the second floor of a large residential complex with heated swimming pool and several lifts. The complex is just a few minutesâ walk from shopping areas and the famous beach of Puerto Rico. The property consists of a spacious bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and television. The apartment has Wi-Fi and a wonderful terrace with views of the sea and the residential area. A total of 4 people can be accommodated (1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed).

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday; for arrivals on Sundays, public holidays or late check-in, it is necessary to contact the agency in advance. Key collection takes place directly at the apartment. Before arrival, the online contract must be signed, the deposit (100âŹ) must be paid by card and the remaining payments completed.
