This is our favorite place to stay when we visit Portland. The location is great, within walkimg distance of restaurants, grocery, and shopping. It is right on the bus line so no car needed to explore Portland. It is clean and comfortable and has a beautiful patio to enjoy. And the host is wonderful! Five star stay for sure!

Close to everything we needed. Great coffeehouse nearby. We didn't use the laundry, but the washer and dryer were full size and new. Always had a place to park. Great neighborhood. Host response is very quick.

My sister and I stayed at the Irvington House recently. We loved the area with all the immenities and quite a beautiful neighborhood. My Grandma had lived in the Irvington area while I was young, many years, so was nostalgic for us.we found it to be private and comfortable and yet the caretakers were available quick if you needed anything..overall we had a great time!!

We had a lovely stay. There were few small hiccups, but Mark was very responsive and took care of our requests immediately. The apartment has access to a lovely garden space in back of the property. We had a nice evening with our adult children, visiting and grilling out in that space. The location is wonderful, it’s very walkable to restaurants, coffee, shops, and stores. Our only challenge is that the couch that turns into a pullout bed is not the most comfortable, but other than that the space is a very reasonably priced place to stay and explore Portland.

We stayed for 4 weeks. It was perfect for what we needed, a temporary residence while we were looking for a home to buy in the area. Great location, easy parking, nice backyard. We were very happy with our experience.

The unit was very clean and in a great location. Everything I needed was in the unit. I felt really safe because there was a key ode to get into house then a separate one to get into my unit. I loved the backyard where I enjoyed reading

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Street parking was convenient and easy. This was a great location for going to a show at the Moda Center and provided an easy jumping off point to get to local restaurants and breweries.

Great stay, very comfortable, private and clean. No problem parking on the street, easy access to the apartment. Location was perfect for us. Loved the neighborhood, wonderful to walk. Go to St Simon's for coffee!

This is a great spot with a lovely backyard to enjoy. The bus stop is on the corner and you can get just about anywhere from there so no need for a car. There are also several good restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries within walking distance. The host is delightful, responsive, and will tell you all the best places to eat! We have stayed here before and will continue to do so.
