Vårt vackra bondgård med två våningar ligger på två tunnland i den fridfulla staden North Georgia i Cleveland. Detta fantastiska läge erbjuder gästerna direkt tillgång till alla stora smakprovrum, restauranger och shopping i North Georgia i Cleveland och Helen, samtidigt som de har all lyxen att vara i ett mysigt fullt utrustat hem. Vårt hus byggdes ursprungligen 1945 och renoverades nyligen av en Atlanta-designer 2017. Allt är helt nytt, inklusive, men inte begränsat till, alla nya apparater, badrum och ett underbart kök.

Huset sover bekvämt 8 personer i våra fyra sovrum. På övervåningen kan du hitta två sovrum och ett badrum. Ett av sovrummen är möblerat med en dubbelsäng. Det andra sovrummet på övervåningen är utrustat med två enkelsängar.

Nedervåningen har två kompletta badrum och två rymliga sovrum inredda med king size-sängar. Vårt mysiga vardagsrum är fokuserat runt uttalande spis. Det vackra köket öppnar upp till matsalen med vårt stora bondgårdsbord som gör det enkelt att umgås med resten av din grupp medan du är i köket. Det andra badrummet nedervåningen tillsammans med ett tvätt- / lerrum ligger precis utanför köket.

Om du känner för att njuta av naturen, behöver du bara ta ett steg ut på vår charmiga inskjutna veranda där du kan göra dig bekväm på en av de två svängande sängarna. Vi har också en otrolig utomhus täckt uteplats och sittplatser utanför huset - det perfekta stället för din morgon kopp kaffe eller kvällsglas vin. Vårt hus är perfekt för par, brudpartier och familjesemestrar.

Perfect place for us during my daughters wedding weekend at Yonah Mountain Vineyards. Everything was great. Well stocked, nicely decorated, clean, and the outdoor living space was also great. We will be back.

One of the best rentals I’ve ever booked!

What a beautiful property! It was perfection from the time we walked through the door. The decor is perfection and Kylie left us the sweetest welcome to her lovely home. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t there. Kylie thought of everything! The beds were super comfy and you know how rare that is. There were plenty of spots to sit and visit. I can’t express how wonderful this home was. Don’t forget to spend some time on the porch swings!! It is also so close to everything! We will definitely book again!!♥️

Amazing and Beautiful Farmhouse

This home is absolutely beautiful. The house has so much rustic charm, and it was perfect for everything we needed. It slept 8 very comfortably, and with three full bathrooms (with showers!) we were perfectly fine getting ready with 8 women in the house. The kitchen has everything you need- we cooked three full meals and had everything we needed (we went to a local Walmart for groceries). The swings on the porch were lovely and the backyard has a nice fire pit with wood provided. Uber and Lyft were easily accessible for rides into downtown Helen. We did three wineries while we were there with a VIP wine tour, who were able to pick us up at the house and take us out for the entire day. The pictures do not do this house justice.

It is the cutest house! We rented it for a family Thanksgiving getaway. It was perfect! There was a few kitchen items I wish they had but we made it work. We loved it!

Wonderful updated farmhouse

Our family stayed in Cleveland for a few days of relaxation to enjoy nearby wineries, outdoors, and dining. This country farm house is located close to Yonah Mountain Winery, not far from Cleveland nor Helen - just the right spot. Kylee has appointed the house beautifully. The property was ready when we arrived, with nice touches to make our family feel welcome. Every thing was fresh and well-planned. The furniture was all comfortable, and the beds and bedding were luxurious. Everything you need is in the kitchen for snacks or to cook a family meal. Directions and access were clear and made arrival and getting inside easy. Our family loved the home and hope to go back again together again and spend time in this great home away from home.

Perfect Location to Yonah Mountain Vineyards

The best way to describe this place is purely idyllic. My cousin was getting married at Yonah Mountain Vineyards and a few family members and I decided to look for a vacation rental to stay together versus a hotel in Helen, which was much further away than we preferred to stay. The Urban Farmhouse was perfect! Less than a 5 minute drive to the winery, and it was seriously the cutest house I've ever stayed in. The screened in front porch with bed swings was the best! Especially as we had some rain while we were there. Kitchen was equipped with all the necessary items, beds were super comfy, and even though my uncle was too tall for the upstairs rooms (watch your head tall people), it was was still an amazing home. I would HIGHLY recommend renting this place if you are looking for the perfect home while visiting YMV. I will certainly be back!

Tastefully Decorated Spacious Modern Farmhouse

My daughter was getting married at Yonah Mtn. Vineyards, and we needed a place for the bride-to-be and her 6 bridesmaids to stay close to Yonah. THIS WAS PERFECT. Most girls got their own bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, nice washer/dryer and kitchen, and plenty of living space on first floor to spread out. We were even able to have hair and makeup artists come there to do the girl's styling on the day of since there was plenty of room. Modern appliances, great towels, etc. LOVELY!! Would DEF recommend!!

Wine Tasting Buddies

Beautiful house with great decorating. Everything you need for a stay . Nice treats from the hosts. The porches were great but August in Georgia is always hot and humid. The fans were appreciated. Great location to Helen, and vineyards. We will recommend and come again.

Farmhouse renovation done right!!!

The house is totally updated for convenience but does not take away the old farmhouse charm or coziness! We loved all of the personal touches like the wine & snacks. They even had everything you need to play games (corn hole was our favorite) and everything you needed for s'mores. It was an amazing stay & we will definitely be back!! 5 stars all the way!!

Great house/location

The Urban Farmhouse was perfect for my wife and her bridesmaids to stay at before our wedding at Yonah Mountain Vineyards. Even though when we arrived, the house didn’t have power due to Hurricane Zeta, we completely understood. Kylee was extremely helpful in keeping up with the power situation and keeping us informed. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend a few days in North Georgia.

Amazing experience- already want to come back!

I rented the Urban Farmhouse for my wedding weekend for my bridesmaids and I- it was perfect!! Kylee was fantastic. She is super responsive and worked with us on pushing the date reservation back due to the pandemic. The house was super clean and absolutely adorable. We are already talking about planning another girls trip back!

Wonderful home

What a wonderful home. House has everything you need when away from your own home. From the nice stem ware to all the cooking tools and everyday spice. The owner provided snacks and water to get us started, very thoughtful. Kylee was delightful to work with and was always prompt in responding to any questions we had. We will be back soon.

Beautiful Home and Location

We were at Yonah Mountain for my daughter's wedding. I did not stay in the home myself but my daughter and the bridesmaids did. They had nothing but positive things to say about the home. The location was perfect as it is only a short distance from the Yonah Mountain venue. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Great Girl’s Getaway

The photos represent the house perfectly and more! This a wonderful house to relax and enjoy. Comfortable seating and beds. We came for a weekend and didn’t leave once. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen had it all.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

Beautiful property with so many personal touches. We had snacks and water to get us started - so thoughtful! The outdoor spaces were perfect and we enjoyed the wineries in the area. We look forward to returning!

We have always lived in Georgia, but had never been to the North GA wineries even though we love wine. So one day we decided to drive up here and check them out. We were amazed by how beautiful all of the wineries were and how delicious their wine is. We started talking to the workers at the vineyards about how picturesque and breathtaking the views at their vineyards are for weddings. They told us that they love weddings and are kept busy with them. While driving from vineyard to vineyard we started wondering where people stay after these weddings? After getting home we looked into it a little more and realized there were not many nearby options for people. We decided to find a house that you could be to within 5-10 minutes after the end of the wedding you attended. We found this farmhouse and transformed it into somewhere we would want to stay. Our house has all the luxuries of a hotel while giving you a more ideal location. We hope you love this house as much as we do!
