50th B-day

Than for letting myself and my party utilize your vrbo listing. We experienced a few issues during the stay, resulting in us having to end the trip early. Issues.. toilet in main bathroom not working properly Refrigerator constantly leaking during the stay.The WiFi connection or live TV inoperable.We had little and NO communication with maintenance. When maintenance arrived several hours later, they only came to repair the toilet. Even still toilet was still not working. I feel it would be more than fair for a percentage of a refund for this stay. I will follow up with vrbo to see if they are able to communicate effectively with you.

Perfect location!

Close by and able to walk to so much! Frenchman’s street, garden district, trolleys etc.Also place is actually is a quiet place to stay.. literally just steps from bourbon street.Host was great! Communication was great!We didn’t spend a lot of time at condo but would recommend for a great way to explore NOLA by foot so convenient to so much!

Great place & location!

Beautiful property exactly as presented in the photos. Communication with owner was helpful and fast. He also helped us coordinate travel from/to the airport as security was so high during Super Bowl weekend that there was a lot of travel chaos! The location is perfect - one block from Bourbon Street and easy to get everywhere, but in a very safe and secure apartment complex. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

A long weekend in NOLA

My daughter and two of her daughters stayed the weekend at this VRBO. It had a great location just off Bourbon Street so it was easy to walk to great restaurants and bars. We toured Jackson Square by mule drawn carriage and did a tour of graveyard number 1. If you get a chance eat at the Restaurant Revolution. A bit pricey but excellent food and service and some great Jazz at the Jazz Playhouse. It can be a bit loud at night in the master bedroom but I bought earplugs.

Taylor Swift Weekend

Wonderful! The property was very clean and furnished nicely. Larry was a wonderful host, made sure we were safe and had no trouble getting into or out of the property. It was a little loud outside our windows at night, but it's New Orleans, so we expected the atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.

Great location!

Nestled right near Bourbon street. This place has all of the accommodations you could need. A great place for friends -there is a huge couch in the living room and a large television. The kitchen comes fully stocked with accessories.the lobby is beautiful as well.

It was so close to Bourbon Street yet not noisy. Perfect for our girls trip! Way better than a hotel. Had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place!

Perfect spacious location

The property was located in the French Quarter. Even our Uber driver mentioned what a nice area we were in. It was very clean and spacious with an entry on the inside of the building, which made it seem very safe. One of our party forgot their cell phone at home and had to have it sent overnight. Larry, the property manager, was very helpful. He gave us an address to have it sent to and personally delivered the phone to us. He was very available at all times. We would stay here again.

Perfect location near French Quarter

The location was great for walkability and away from the crowds at night for rest. We loved the spaciousness of the unit and it had secure exterior doors to make it accessible only to those with the code. We look forward to booking it again on our next trip down. Larry was so helpful and accessible anytime we needed him. Highly recommend.

Secure building in great location

We appreciated being in a secure building! Really nice spacious accommodations. We were able to walk to the French Quarter and to restaurants in the area. Took a city bus tour that departed not far from our building. We did a historical ghost tour that walked around the city. The hotels were decorated beautifully for the Holidays!

Wonderful stay at this apartment

Location was amazing - right in the heart of the Quarter, but very quiet. Walking distance to almost everywhere you would want to go and plenty of cabs in the area - United Cabs are the best. Lovely and comfortable accommodations - plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Kitchen was furnished with coffee pods and amenities. We loved our experience and would highly recommend it,

Amazing stay

Everything from start to finish was amazing. We were so thankful for the hospitality and friendliness that came with this stay. The accommodations are comfortable and close to Bourbon Street and all the shops. Take advantage of the parking garage if you have to rent a car for any reason. We would 100% stay here again. Family break

Apartment was just as described on the website. It’s only a block away from Bourbon Street but we were surprised at how quiet it was. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The huge wraparound sofa was perfect for lounging and while we didn’t really use the kitchen with all the amazing restaurants so close by, it was clean and modern. My only complaint is there were quite a few lightbulbs out and took a couple days before we got any replaced. But other than that everything was great. the owner generally responded very promptly to any questions and was very flexible on our check in and check out which we appreciated. Would stay again.
