Great stay!

Enjoyed the unit and property. Great location and the lazy river was so fun. Owner was very responsive and check in/out was a breeze. Would stay again.

Great location and convenient to all attractions! The lazy river is amazing, as well as, the indoor pool, playground, and jumpy pillow! Will definitely be back in again the future!!

The hall leading to room had a very strong smoke smell and sometimes a trash smell. So glad i brought my room freshener spray. Washing machine was very loud. But overall loved the resort and location. I would definitely stay here again!

Well maintained

We had a wonderful time at the resort. We were with a baseball team and the boys loved the lazy River and the creek. Just be careful of the geese poop by the creek. Convenient location to everything! Our condo was very nice and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Views Close to Town

We had a wonderful stay. The location was in the heart of Pigeon Forge withing minutes to all attractions and restaurants, with the balcony of of the river. Could not have asked for a better place. Owner was supper helpful and would recommend to anyone with or without children. It had a lazy pool and a 24/7 indoor pool so the kids could swim even in the winter. We did not utilize we where there for relaxation and enjoyed walking along the river seeing the ducks and geese. The ducks just had babies and they were so much fun to watch.

We enjoyed staying. We weren't aware that the second bed was a foldout sofa. Not very comfortable but that's typical. It was an overall nice stay

Nice Condo

We enjoyed our visit to Pigeon Forge and the condo was very clean and neat. We were in walking distance of the attractions, but we chose to drive our personal vehicle. The host was very accommodating. The added bonus was our balcony overlooked the river, so we enjoyed our morning coffee watching the water & the ducks.

Relaxing getaway

The condo was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. Perfect location. Minutes from Dollywood and The Island. Short drive to Gatlinburg. We loved the lazy river. Brad was a great host. We had an issue with the TV in the family room. We contacted Brad, and he immediately responded. Our concern was addressed within minutes. Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful place

This property was everything that was listed and more. Very well kept, peaceful, and easy to get in and out of. I liked the additional door you need to access before the main door. That part wasn't communicated when we checked in, but pleasantly surpised. It is right next to the lazy river which is nice, but can get busy. When inside, you don't hear a thing. My wife and I would definitely stay here again. Close to everything. Perfect for two.

Great stay!

Went for a spontaneous weekend trip and this place did not disappoint! Very clean, very spacious with an open concept, the balcony has a view of the river which was a plus for the kids because they enjoyed watching the ducks. The shower was amazing and had wonderful water pressure. The in-unit washer and dryer was a plus! The pool and lazy river were so much fun! We will definitely be back
