Enfamiljshus med 60 "på vattnet med docka för din 30" båt och 2 flytande bryggor för dina jetskies. Perfekt för 2 familjer upp till 10 personer. 1: a våningen har 27 "x 29" spelrum med ping pong bord, dart och 55 "TV. 2: a våningen har en öppen planlösning mellan fullt utrustat kök och vardagsrum. Dessutom 2 stora sovrum (båda med queen size-sängar) och 1 badrum. 3: e våningen har 2 sovrum med full storlek säng, våningssängar, 2 enkelsängar, 1 badrum och tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Varje rum har antingen en inbyggd vägg AC eller fönsterenheter. Det finns totalt 5 TV-apparater och 1 Xbox. Varje TV har alla lokala OTA-kanaler och kan strömma alla populära internet-TV-appar, HBO GO, Netflix, starz, CBS all access etc. Bakgården innehåller övre däck med stort bord, motoriserad markis, grill, klassnivå med solstolar, eldstad, utomhusdusch och handfat. Gå simning, båtliv, kajakpaddling, fiske och krabba från din trädgård. Inkluderat är 3 kajaker, 3 cyklar, krabbfällor, gummibåtar, solstolar och livvästar. Båttur till viken är 4 min (utan vaken). Du kommer att vara mycket nära den populära båtförankringen (Ship Bottom Sand Bar) på LBI. Uppfarten har parkering för 4 bilar. Platsen ligger 5 minuter från LBI-stränderna och 28 minuter från Atlantic City.

Tyvärr men vi hyr bara vårt hem till familjer och par över 25 ... inga grupper av unga vuxna. Vårt hem är i ett lugnt, orört område och vi respekterar våra grannar. Ingen rökning. Husdjur utan olycka är välkomna.

Familjer ansvarar för att ta med egna lakan och handdukar. Om du föredrar finns det linserviceföretag mycket nära att leverera och hämta vad du än behöver.

Min 6 nätter på sommaren. Söndagen förändras över dagen under sommaren. Min 2 eller 4 natt vistelse alla andra gånger. Incheckning är 16:00 och utcheckning är 11:00.

Nytt i vårt hem för 2019 är ett komplett nytt skott med mycket större brygga. Det kunde nu
rymmer en 40-båt med 2 jetski flytande bryggor också. Vänligen leta efter de nya bilderna i slutet. Observera att staketet vid skottet nu är borta. Sidogårdarna går nu ut i vattnet så det är fortfarande bra för din hund att stanna på gården utan koppel

Perfect Getaway in Beach Haven West

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house on a lagoon. The location is absolutely ideal and peaceful, yet just a short drive to Long Beach Island and all the restaurants and shops nearby.The house itself was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space is great for morning coffee, grilling, or just relaxing. We didn’t have ideal weather but the ping pong table and darts kept us entertained. The host was responsive and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish.Highly recommend if you're looking for a laid-back coastal escape

Wedding weekend

A cozy few days at the shore

We came to Beach Haven West (LBI) to attend a celebration of life for my BIL. This cozy home could not have been more comfortable and inviting. The gas fireplace was easy to use, and was added to the coziness. We enjoyed the view of the canal and the boats out back. It was a very cold weekend so sadly we could not enjoy the patio area on the water 🙁 As we have stayed in many pet friendly properties, the cleanliness of the property was certainly a welcome surprise. The owner of the property was very attentive to our needs, and easy to communicate with. Don’t hesitate to rent this property!

This is an amazing location with wonderful hosts. They sent so much information about the house to make our stay as easy as possible. Very communicative before and during. We would definitely stay here again as there is plenty of room for our family of 6.

Lagoon living

We had a great time. The owner was very responsive, and helped navigate us to activities we would enjoy. The house was immaculate considering pets were allowed. We brought our dog and he had a great vacation too. Access to the beaches and restaurants were great. I highly recommend this property and I will refer friends and family. It was nice to have our adventure dialed in by a family home who’s been there long enough to reveal the beautiful secrets of LBI. It was our first time there and definitely not our last. Too notch all the way!!👍

Wonderful trip!

Joe and Nancy are excellent hosts. Their home is well-stocked and had everything we needed. The back decks are awesome; we particularly loved the ping pong table and corn hole! Joe was very helpful in answering any questions I have. Short drive to LBI beaches; which was our main point of interest. Highly recommend this rental.

House is bigger than it looks with so many amenities!

Enjoyed a sun-filled weekend at this house! Ducks and swans in the lagoon. House is “smart wired” which was very cool. Owners were totally accessible and very easy to work with. Great neighborhood, perfect for biking. Thank you.

Fun and Fabulous Waterfront Home

This beautiful 5BR property on the lagoon in Manahawkin is perfect for a great family vacation. The house is immaculate, with a well appointed open kitchen and living room that lends itself to family meals. Plenty of room to sleep a large family or several couples. The basement is a wonderful game room with ping pong, darts, and TV. The backyard has a fire pit and deck on the canal. It was chilly so we didn’t get to take full advantage of the kayaks and fishing poles but they are all there and available. home is just across the bridge from the beach and there are tons of great restaurants within minutes. Joe and Nancy were super accommodating and responsive. All in all, a wonderful experience!
