Gå tillbaka till en enklare tid och kom och njut av frid och skönhet i Spring City, Utah. Vårt underbara pionjärhem som byggdes 1873 har renoverats för att göra en bekväm och välkomnande vistelse i en av "Amerikas vackraste städer" enligt Forbes Magazine 2010. Med 3 sovrum och ett komplett badrum rymmer detta hem bekvämt 9 personer.
Vårt hem har 3 mysiga sovrum. Det första sovrummet ligger på bottenvåningen med en dubbelsäng. Det andra sovrummet ligger bara uppför trappan i ett öppet loftområde med två dubbelsängar och det tredje sovrummet är också på övervåningen med en dubbelsäng och en enkelsäng. Njut av vårt vackert renoverade rymliga kök, som är fullt utrustat för att laga läckra måltider för vänner och familj. Det finns också en klassisk matsal och vardagsrum på bottenvåningen samt ett litet tvättstuga och badrum. Njut av vår lilla uteplats precis utanför köket med trädgårdar såväl som den stora gräsmattan för spel, familjetid eller uteservering. Eller bara krulla upp med en bra bok på verandan eller på verandan.

We absolutely loved this house. If I could've, I would've stayed at least a week. So much detail, comfortable, beautiful, quiet - we just loved it all around. Hated to leave. Host was amazing.

Spring City Stop

We chose this property because there were five of us and it was near where we were working. It turned out to be an excellant place to stay. If I go out there again I would stay there again!Very clean and comfortable.

charming get away for a wedding weekend

my family of four loved this house. so much space for us to spread out. the backyard was perfect for two rambunctious boys! the house was a great temperature the entire time and we loved the fireplace. the kitchen had everything we needed. the gardens were beautiful.

Timeless Beauty

Hollyhock House

What a BEAUTIFUL property! This was my first VRBO experience and it will set my expectations with future properties very high! The home and the property were clean, well manicured and peaceful! The supplies were abundant! Kitchen was stocked beyond any expectation I had! Thank You for a wonderful weekend getaway! I will be back next year for sure!

Lovely Home

We enjoyed our stay in this historic home while visiting for a horse show. It was very nicely updated and had everything we needed. Spring City is such a cute little community with several yummy restaurants, a museum and art gallery all within 2 blocks of the house. Highly recommend!

Historical small town country charm, modern convenience.

Very clean, Beautiful flower patch gardens surround the house, lots of grass for kids to run around on. Comfortable and relaxing.

So much fun

I was so impressed with this property. I think Sanpete County is the jewel of Utah, and Spring City is the jewel of Sanpete county. This house is historic, tastefully decorated, modern upgrades added for comfort (excellent kitchen, huge tub, gas stove!) But the special unique historic value and great art and decor throughout the house. The host is as good as you’ll find. Very responsive, and the added flares like the history of Spring City and walking guide to the architecture. Also Das Cafe… so so good.

Special and Timeless

We had a special experience staying at the Hollyhock historical home. Stepping back in time in the beautiful small town of Spring City is good for the soul. We will be back for sure!

Adorable cozy home

We loved our stay here! It was a wonderful night away with friends. Our only tiny critique would be no blinds in the kitchen area, or on the front or side doors. It was a little unsettling at night time. Other than that though the house was beautiful, clean, and well kept. Would definitely stay here again

Great Retreat

My spouse, two kids, and I stayed at this delightful home as a stop-over. But we wished we could have stayed longer. It's a delightful home, well furnished, clean, and very comfortable, and the host was outstandingly responsive and helpful. We'll stay here again for sure! And longer this time.

Delightful

Spring City is a beautiful town. The house was a lovely farmhouse with beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds and linens. We ate at both the local restaurants conveniently located and they were both delicious.

Perfect short getaway

We loved staying here. The house was clean, charming and in the heart of Spring City, a five-minute-or-less walk to just about anything we wanted to see in town. A beautiful, peaceful small town experience. Holly was welcoming and responsive. The house had everything we needed. Definitely recommend.

Enjoyed every minute of it.

Such a fun place to take your family. We felt like the "Waltons" :). The owner was so awesome to work with and the home was wonderful. Coming during the holidays was so fun the town was decorated up as well as the home! We are looking forward to coming again!

We adore Spring City and this beautiful pioneer home built in 1870! It has been a haven for us and we are excited to share it with you! My sisters own the beautiful Farmhouse at Spring Farm which is located on the property just next to mine. For large groups you can book both places including their beautiful white barn for events. I look forward to sharing with you a place I love!
