Echo Place har över 1.580 SF av vardagsrum med massor av omgivande verandor och dÀck. Ett sovrum och bad pÄ var och en av de tre nivÄerna gör den perfekta instÀllningen för uppehÄllsskydd nÀr mer Àn ett par / familj kommer tillsammans för roligt i Smokies. Rymmer upp till sex (6) vuxna och tre (3) barn bekvÀmt. Gott om mycket vÀl upplyst parkering för minst 4 fordon. Nollsteg till huvudnivÄn!

HuvudnivĂ„n har ett sovrum med king size-sĂ€ng och vĂ„ningssĂ€ng för barn / tonĂ„ringar, HDTV och DVD-spelare. Badrummet delas med vardagsrummet. Öppet kök / matsal / vardagsrum med HDTV / DVD-spelare och Bluetooth surround-ljud för att strömma din egen musik. En stor sten spis, svĂ€vande tak, gott om glas / franska dörrar till dĂ€ck och skog gör detta utrymme verka stort. DĂ€ckutrymmet frĂ„n huvudnivĂ„n inkluderar en stor tĂ€ckt veranda med picknickbord, öppet dĂ€ck med adirondack stolar och en bar w / sittplatser för att ta in utsikten och bergsluften. OcksĂ„ en half-court shuffleboard utanför parkeringsplatsen gör det bra utomhus roligt. Vandringscentret ligger vid ingĂ„ngen med 3 uppsĂ€ttningar vandringspoler, kikare och en ruckpack full av akutartiklar.

LoftnivÄn har en drottning sÀng w / barn sovplats, privat badrum och franska dörrar som leder till en trevlig balkong och sittgrupp. HDTV w / DVD-spelare.

Den nedre vÄningen har ett tredje sovrum med king size-sÀng, HDTV och DVD-spelare, UT-tvÀttstuga och ett rekreationsrum. Badrummet delas mellan rec room och sovrum. Rekreation inkluderar ett vackert handgjorda shuffleboardbord, ett fotbolls-bord och en 3-i-1-biljardpool / pokerspel. Loved the wildlife and saw bears regularly. Make sure to deadbolt doors and lock your cars. We didn't have any problems with them, but also made sure to respect them.

We had a great time. The cabin was very clean and it was pretty well stocked. The porches could have used a good sweep to get rid of the spiders and webs but to be far, we are in the woods. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. Great place for a sibling get together.

We had a great labor day weekend trip in Gatlinburg! The cabin was very large and well appointed, the kids had a great time as well. The hot tub was great as well and my wife and daughters loved it. Everyone also loved seeing the bears. So Many Bears!! We saw more bears around the cabin then we have ever seen in our many smokies trips. On more than one occasion they were within feet of us!

It worked for what we needed. Didn't walk around bare foot down stairs. A lot of lights were out, was told to change them, just decided not to use the outdoor at night. Except the picnic table, that was well lit and dry enough to set at. Didn't get in hot tub.

This was the second time we’ve stayed at Echo Place and could not have asked for a better host, house or location. Jay answered questions quickly and the house was perfect for our needs. Easy access to the park as well as downtown. We saw 9 bears this trip, including 4 cubs! A family of barred owls also stopped by on our last day! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Nice base for a family vacation

Nice family vacation. Cute cabin with plenty of beds for the entire family. My teens enjoyed the game room and hot tub, and that there is a tv in every room! Wifi was good too. The beds were very comfortable! I've been to some vrbo's that have had horrible beds, so i was pleasantly surprised!!

My family had fun in the gameRoom and making memories in this house. Bears are definitely active around the property . Secure vehicles tight . We enjoyed relaxing in the house after long days at Dollywood. Comfortable and plenty of room .

The property was a bit run down and there was no yard whatsoever BUT we saw bear everyday. The hot tub was great!! The housekeeper, Sissy was amazing!! The toaster was broken and she brought a new one in a jiffy. The windy road is breathtaking. I did wish we had a view from the porch but when we were in the driveway we could see the mountain view beautifully.

Jay is a retired Air Force officer and currently works as a contractor at Shaw AFB, SC. Jay went to Architecture school at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville where he and Susan fell in love with the Smoky Mountains area during weekend getaways. Susan owns a home daycare center and has provided childcare all over the world as the Air Force moved us from place to place to include Japan, Germany, and a myriad of stateside assignments. We have five children and the cabin has provided a wonderful place for our family gatherings.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We bought this cabin because it was so close to Gatlinburg and it was nestled in the woods just the way we wanted. Zero steps to main level, easy access drive, and plenty of parking. Winter mountain views and seeing the Ober Gatlinburg Tram is really cool. We've spent the last couple years remodeling and putting our special touch on the place. We've already had lots of memorable outings with friends and family in our home away from home.
