Lyxlägenhet på Mason-sur-Mer. Denna nyrenoverade, vackra lägenhet, enhet 301, är direkt vid havet med fantastisk utsikt. Reglagen från sovrummet hänger praktiskt taget över havet. Den utökade balkongen är endast på enheterna vid havet och totalt har enheten 6 uppsättningar skjutdörrar. Allt du kan behöva finns i denna lägenhet från hårtorkar. Det finns också utomhusgasgrillar för din användning. Jag levererar strandstolar, paraply och badhanddukar. Mason har bekvämligheter som du hittar i mycket få byggnader i Myrtle Beach. Byggnaden har två träningsrum, bastur, teaterrum, lounge, liten restaurang, tennisbanor, biljardrum, ett ping pongbord och en tiki-bar som är öppen på sommaren. Excellent stay

Ron was very responsive and the place itself was great. Really nice views of the ocean. I left something behind and Ron kindly shipped it to Me. Would definitely stay again!

Great Oceanfront Property

This unit was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. Easy to feel at home and enjoy the gorgeous ocean view from the large deck, living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Better than pictured. The common property has security guards and is nicely maintained. Great pool area and easy access to ocean.

Comfort with a View

We loved this apartment. We had a view of the water from every room. We were able to see both the sunrise and sunset. The apartment had everything we needed. Our stay was great and Ron was an excellent host.

Amazing stay

This was our second stay at Ron’s condo and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The condo has a fantastic ocean front location- one of my favorite reasons for staying there. It was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. We utilized the pool several days and even had a couple of beverages at the Tiki bar. The security at MSM is excellent and we had no safety concerns when moving about the facility. Ron was a joy to work with and answered my questions promptly. This condo will continue to be at the top of the list for accommodations for our next trip to Myrtle Beach.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful time and loved the whole place. It was a little uncomfortable when we checked in. The guy at the desk was not very nice or cooperative. He was rude and acted like we should have known what to do. We had no idea that we were to go to another area and buzz in to drop off our luggage. Once past there it was great! We plan on going back.

Beautiful condo. Every room had a view of the ocean. Very clean and well maintained. Gorgeous building. Everyone we met there was so nice. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Great place!

Spacious, well-equipped kitchen, huge balcony with comfortable seating, dining room and living area are all as described and pictured in the posted ad. Nothing disappointed us. Beautiful pool area and easy beach access, great location, secure property, privacy were all plusses over a hotel. Happy we chose to stay here.

We've stay in condos on a regular basis. This one was the best in all categories of any we've stayed in, in Hawaii, California. Florida and South Carolina. 5 stars across the board.

Wonderful trip

Loved this condo and location right on the beach. Condo was beautiful and well equipped. Owner communicated well. Had a HUGE balcony with lots of seating, and a 2 person lounge that I would have slept on if it had been warmer. Would work well for 2 couples if they wanted to share expenses.

Wonderful Beach Views!

This condo was clean and comfortable with amazing beach views. Ron was friendly and helpful and assisted us with a special parking need. Loved the location and felt very at home with the fully stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Spacious 3rd floor condo with great views!

This condo had comfortable furnishings throughout and was very clean too. The kitchen was well equipped and would meet anyone's needs for preparing a meal. We spent time on the wrap around deck at mealtime and for relaxing! We would recommend this condo. Ron was an excellent host with timely communications.

Wonderful place, could have shower holders for shampoo, etc in Master bathroom. Only had two beach towels supplied and better information on operating TV 's would be helpful. Would book this place again

Relaxing long weekend

Beautiful condo that was so comfortable. All the amenities available so it was just like home. We especially enjoyed the large balcony that we relaxed on every evening while watching the ocean and people. Ron was very responsive to our calls. We did find several things that we were not pleased about: refrigerator still had crumbs in it and the shower stall had mold in it. Regardless of these 2 issues, we loved staying at this condo and would return for another visit in the future.

Perfect Oceanfront Condo

We wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Myrtle Beach this year to relive some of honeymoon memories spent so many years ago. After reviewing several possible rental options, we continued to come back to this one specific condo due to the wonderful ocean views as well as the wonderful reviews. We are so glad we selected this condo located in Maisons-sur-Mer .The condo and the views are so much better than the pictures depict. The wall to wall glass allows one to see ocean views from every location in the condo. The place was immaculate upon our arrival and has all the amenities needed for a perfect oceanfront retreat. The balcony furniture is so comfortable and with the gentle ocean breezes, when we weren't at the beach or the pool/tiki bar, we were sitting on the balcony. Ron, is without a doubt, the best host we have ever had in our many years of vacation rentals. We only had one issue with the living area TV which Ron responded to within a few minutes of my request (simple 'fix' was to open the entertainment cabinet doors so the remote could better access the cable box) Maisons-sur-Mer is also great to have a place on site to grab breakfast and lunch as well as a restaurant to enjoy a nice dinner. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful. Overall, we had one of the best vacation experiences of our lives and know you will as well. We plan to return to Ron's condo very soon. Thanks again, Ron.

Fabulous Condo on the beach!

Everything about this property was top notch. You most definitely can’t beat the location with the amazing ocean view. You feel like you’re on the beach even when you are inside! The apartment is super clean, well stocked with necessities & really comfortable. Communication with the property owner Ron was a breeze. Any time we messaged him with questions he was so quick to respond. Thanks Ron for your suggestions , they were perfect! When we get to come back to Myrtle Beach we will definitely come back to stay at your place!!!
