Centralt för allt i Sedalia. Mindre än en kilometer från centrala Sedalia. Underbart rymligt 100-årigt hem i äldre stadsdel. Gångavstånd till Katy Trail, Downtown Sedalia, Bothwell Hospital, drogbutik, livsmedelsbutik, akutvård och bara 2. 1 miles till Missouri State Fairgrounds.

Great Location

We stayed in early Sept 2024. There were 8 of us in town for a golf tournament. House was perfect for us. Second time at this house and we will be back again.

Great katy trail stop over!

Our host was awesome & left us groceries for breakfast & cookies!! Location of the house is just off of the trail & close to downtown. Our party of 6 adults fit nicely.

A great house for a family stay

We had a fantastic stay at this house while in town for a family wedding! The rental was cute and cozy, with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen, complete with groceries upon arrival. It was impeccably clean, with plenty of towels and linens. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog. We all admired the many house plants and my niece loved counting all the cats she could find in the house represented in paintings, figurines, and decorations. Thanks again!

Amazing Rental!!!

We rented this house for the Christmas Holidays, we traveled from Texas and felt right at home, the house was extremely clean, stores were near by and Mrs. Linda was very accommodating. I recommend this vacation house rental as we were very satisfied.

Perfect Getaway in Sedalia

Our weekend in Sedalia was set, and we found the perfect place to stay. This charming spot, nestled in a quiet neighborhood right next to the Katy Trail, was exactly what we needed. Our four-legged companion loved the fenced backyard, offering plenty of privacy, while we enjoyed the large smart TV with all the streaming options we're used to. The thoughtful touches, like a few groceries waiting for us, were much appreciated. We’ll definitely be back next year for our annual event in Sedalia!

Awesome House

This house has it all! It’s clean and well stocked! It had everything we needed for our family of 8 and our 4 dogs! The pups especially loved the fenced in back yard where they could roam and play! We were greeted with a fridge full of cold water, some supplies for breakfast and even treats for the dogs! We will definitely stay again if we need to come to Sedalia. Thank you Linda for the great hospitality!!

Host had the home set up so nicely for us: had BBQ set up if we wanted, a few staples in the fridge as well as fresh baked cookies. We arrived early and was not a problem to check in a little early. The house was 1 or 2 houses from the KT Trail and a short bike ride to downtown. Perfect location if you're biking the trail.

Clean, Comfortable Home in Convenient Location

This charming, historic home is very clean and comfortable. It is well-stocked with necessities as well as numerous thoughtful extras. The host is exceptionally accommodating and it was easy to communicate with her. If we return to Sedalia, we would definitely try to stay here again.

Great Place to Rest

The house had plenty of space in the bedrooms, 2 nice bathrooms, a large kitchen, and dining room. Everything was very clean and stocked with cleaning essentials. Large laundry room with modern washer and dryer made it nice to do laundry. The house worked perfect for our stay and I would recommend it as a play to stay.
